    I have just started researching Codex Alimentarius. It is
    horrifying. I found a site that calls for a petition signature,
    however I'm afraid of what list my name may be put on if I do sign.
    Regardless, the reason I am writing is to reply to your reply about
    growing nutritious foods at home. The reason Codex is so scary is that
    
    they will essentially outlaw growing without a permit. Not only will
    you not be able to obtain and pay for nutrients, you will not be able

  - Anything's possible, but I don't think that would fly, nor be possible to enforce anyway. No one would obey such lunacy.

  - The American colonists completely shut down King George's Stamp Act imposition by simply going after everyone who attempted to collect the unjust taxes.
  - They ran them out of town, looted their homes and burned their houses down.
  - The Stamp Act and all the tyranny that it represented collapsed overnight because the colonists had no intention of sitting still for such blatant injustice.
  - We need to start putting names on a list and target these people for removal from office. Nancy Pelosi would be an excellent start, but everyone who signed the recent FISA act needs to be kicked out of office.

The Myth of Nero playing his lute while Ancient Rome
burned to the ground in 64 A.D., may have been debunked: But the fact
that the United States Congress fled the City of Washington D. C., just
as this nation reached her greatest threat since its founding-is not
a myth!
History will record that taking a five week paid-leave
of absence at the beginning of August 2008, just at the time when Impeachment
proceedings were getting underway: even though the "hearings"
were held in secret sessions pretty much sums up the continued
failures of this congress to faithfully conduct the public's business,
especially "in a time of war." (1)
With millions of people losing their homes to foreclosure,
and millions more unemployed; and after seven long years of no change
in energy policies that have driven oil prices from $25 to over $140
a barrel with the only change in oil policies being the continuing tax
breaks for the oil companies-there is no relief in sight for struggling
Americans!
But the rubber-stamp congress "needed a break"!
The banks, the hedge-funds and the markets are all in
disarray while layoffs and unemployment are soaring out of control-yet
there has not been a consensus or even a credible idea for dealing with
these massive governmental failures from any quarter!
This sounds like
a time to burn the midnight oil, not a time to take another paid leave
in the middle of so many failures of policy, failures of leadership, and
especially the failure of personal courage, now that chaos has begun to
raise its ugly head!
With International War Crimes being discussed against
the leaders of this nation, before the world court, while the Decider
and his crew remain in total denial it seems that there is no leadership
at any level in this government: and not one single word from either
of the anointed ones waiting in the wings about this cowardly act of congress
and the media that are both obscenely overanxious to escape the coming
crises! (2)
Where are the journalistic demands for explanations;
where is the rage or the outrage, now that another war is pending during
yet another congressional vacation!
That's right-with everyone out- of-town,
who will be there to object when and if the ill-conceived moment in Iran
is seized during the next five weeks-especially since there is no constitutional
mandate for congress to leave town just because they can't face the things
that they were sworn to deal with in a timely manner!
This is cowardice
in the face of reality and in an elected official that may be 'natural'
but it's still unforgiveable!
The fact that the public itself doesn't seem to care
what their leaders do or do not do, pretty much says it all!
No nation
can claim to be a global leader when it fails at everything it undertakes
and then just lies about the state of the state and the world as if "our
word" still means anything at all!
The shell game has been exposed, the farce has been unmasked,
the treasury has no floor beneath its ridiculous gestures and there is
no plan or purpose driving anything except greed and personal profit
that has been extorted from the corpse of what was once a proud and sometimes
powerful country.
Perhaps most of all these failures can be measured by
"The Death of Freedom in America," one of the few nations on
the planet that once understood that freedom comes to everyone with birth,
and is not granted by the state, so therefore it cannot be regulated by
the government.
"Free-Speech-Zones are a blasphemy against the body
politic, and a heresy against the U.S. Constitution: yet both "parties"
support this obscenity as if they were ?part of the constitution.
But
then the leaders of the congress routinely vote against the various amendments
in the US constitution and ignore the settled laws of this land on a daily
basis-and with every day that passes without complaint from the population,
those transgressions against the constitution and the people continue
to deepen!
We've already embraced torture and the slaughter of any
people other than our own, in Palestine, in Iraq, in Afghanistan, and
in a dozen other places where we have used the Decider's "License
to Kill" to affect contractual changes for the sole purpose of corporate
benefits.
These crimes will have to be paid for in blood and treasure
for decades to come! (3)
History will mark these failures of the criminal dynasty
of the Bush Clan, with at least as much contempt as it has shown for
demented Nero and his follies. But meanwhile, you and I will have to live
in the ruins!

    plans to overhaul the way the internet functions in order to apply
    much greater restrictions and control over the web.
  - Lawrence Lessig, a respected Law Professor from
    Stanford University told an audience at this years Fortune’s
    Brainstorm Tech conference in Half Moon Bay, California, that
    "There’s going to be an i-9/11 event" which will
    act as a catalyst for a radical reworking of the law pertaining
    to the internet.
  - Lessig also revealed that he had learned, during
    a dinner with former government Counter Terrorism Czar Richard
    Clarke, that there is already in existence a cyber
    equivalent of the Patriot Act, an "i-Patriot Act" if
    you will, and that the Justice Department is waiting for a cyber
    terrorism event in order to implement its provisions.
  - During a group panel segment titled "2018:
    Life on the Net", Lessig stated:
  - There’s going to be an i-9/11 event.
  - Which
    doesn't necessarily mean an Al Qaeda attack, it means an event
    where the instability or the insecurity of the internet becomes
    manifest during a malicious event which then inspires the government

    government drew up the Patriot Act within 20 days and it was

    asking a Justice Department official how did they write such

    Richard Clarke and I asked him if there is an equivalent, is
    there an i-Patriot Act just sitting waiting for some substantial
    event as an excuse to radically change the way the internet

    trademark and radio frequency spectrum, particularly in technology
    applications.

  - The Patriot Act, as well as its lesser known follow
    up the Domestic Security Enhancement Act 2003, also known as USA
    Patriot Act II, have been universally decried by civil libertarians

  - They have stripped back basic rights and handed what have been
    described by even the most moderate critics as "dictatorial
    control" over to the president and the federal government.
  - Many believed that the legislation was a response
    to the attacks of 9/11, but the reality was that the Patriot Act
    was prepared way in advance of 9/11 and it sat dormant, awaiting
    an event to justify its implementation.
  - It passed the Senate by 98 to
    1.
  - In the days after the attacks it was passed in the
    House by a majority of 357 to 66.
  - Congressman Ron Paul (R-Tex) told the Washington Times that
    no member of Congress was even allowed to read the legislation.
  - Now we discover that exactly the same freedom restricting
    legislation has already been prepared for the cyber world.
  - An i-9/11, as described by Lawrence Lessig, would
    provide the perfect pretext to implement such restrictions in
    one swift motion, as well as provide the justification for relegating
    and eliminating specific content and information on the web.
  - Such an event could come in the form of a major
    viral attack, the hacking of a major city's security or transport
    systems, or some other vital systems, or a combination of all
    of these things.
  - Considering the amount of unanswered questions
    regarding 9/11 and all the indications that it was a covert false
    flag operation, it isn't hard to imagine such an event being played
    out in the cyber world.
  - However, regardless of any i-9/11 or i-Patriot Act,
    there is already a coordinated effort to stem the reach and influence
    of the internet.

    warned of this general movement to restrict, censor,

  - Our governments have reams of legislation penned
    to put clamps on the web as we know it.
  - In addition, we have already seen how the major
    corporate websites and social networks are
    decentralizing and coming together to implement overarching
    identification, verification and access systems that have been
    described by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg as "the beginning
    of a movement and the beginning of an industry.”
  - Some of these major tech companies have already
    joined efforts in projects such as the Information
    Card Foundation, which has proposed the creation
    of a system of internet ID cards that will be required for internet
    access.
  - Of course, such a system would give those involved the
    ability to track and control user activity much more effectively.
    This is just one example.
  - In addition, as we reported
    yesterday, major transportation hubs like St. Pancras
    International, as well as libraries, big businesses, hospitals
    and other public outlets that offer wi-fi Internet, are blacklisting
    alternative news websites and making them completely inaccessible
    to their users.
  - These precedents are merely the first indication
    of what is planned for the Internet over the next 5-10 years,
    with the traditional web becoming little more than a vast spy
    database that catalogues people’s every activity and bombards
    them with commercials, while those who comply with centralized
    control and regulation of content will be free to enjoy the new
    super-fast Internet

Biden Jr. (D-Del.), chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, opened a hearing last Thursday on the creeping militarization of U.S. foreign policy by saying: "There has been a migration of functions and authorities from U.S. civilian agencies to the Department of Defense."
  - He noted that Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates has described the State Department and the U.S. Agency for International Development as "chronically undermanned and underfunded for too long."
  - As the hearing showed, two programs that began in 2006 provided through the Pentagon the kinds of military and development funds to partner countries in the fight against terrorism -- support that is traditionally directed by the State Department.
  - Section 1206 programs gave the Pentagon the authority to spend $200 million to train and equip foreign military forces to carry out counterterrorism operations in their own countries or give support elsewhere -- say, Iraq -- in association with U.S. forces.
  - This change was needed because the traditional approach through State was "too slow and cumbersome," according to a May 2008 report by the Congressional Research Service (CRS).
  - Section 1207, also initiated in 2006, gave the Pentagon the authority to transfer as much as $100 million in equipment, services or training to the State Department, which used the money for "reconstruction, stabilization or security activities in foreign countries," according to another May 2008 CRS report.
  - Section 1207 programs were originated by country teams and needed approval from Defense and State leaders before they could be carried out.
  - In testimony Thursday, Deputy Secretary of State John D. Negroponte called this a "dual-key" authority to ensure that Pentagon security needs met State Department foreign policy objectives.
  - Undersecretary of Defense Eric S. Edelman, who appeared at the hearing, said these programs were born of "a fundamental mismatch of authorities, resources and capabilities."
  - In short, the Pentagon had the money and people, and State had the legal authority to act.
  - In its latest request, for fiscal 2009, the Pentagon sought $750 million in Section 1206 funds and $200 million in Section 1207.
  - Though Negroponte and Edelman tried to arrest concerns that the programs were a step toward militarization of civilian authority, not all senators were convinced that traditional foreign policy standards were being met.
  - For example, Sen. Russell Feingold (D-Wis.) noted that a section of the Foreign Assistance Act bars security aid to governments that engage in "a consistent pattern of gross violations of internationally recognized human rights." He then asked about $6 million given to Chad under Section 1206 in 2007, the same year State declared that country's security forces "were engaging in extra-judicial killing, arbitrary detention and torture," according to a May 2008 CRS report.
  - The $6 million, the report said, was used to establish a "light infantry rapid reaction force."
  - Edelman said: "I know that we, as a matter of law, are barred from providing assistance to units that we know are involved in any human rights violations, and we certainly abide by that."

  - Attorney General Michael Mukasey, declaring the risk of terrorism in the U.S. is rising as the nation elects a new president, said Wednesday that he would soon release rules to streamline FBI investigations.
  - The guidelines will give agents more leeway to conduct spying and use informants to protect national security and will expressly authorize the FBI to collect intelligence domestically, Mukasey said.
  - "We must ensure that all of our country's security measures are attuned to the increased threat we face during this time of transition and that we respond and adjust appropriately," Mukasey said in a speech in Portland, Ore.
  - He noted that when the next president takes office in January, it will be the first change in administrations since the Sept. 11 attacks.
  - The FBI, led by Director Robert Mueller, has been under congressional pressure to remake itself as an intelligence agency, rather than one that solves crimes.
  - Mueller has made preventing terrorism the bureau's top priority and has instituted numerous internal changes, including setting up a national security branch.
  - In his speech, Mukasey said the new FBI rules will "help in the bureau's transformation into an elite national security agency."
  - The effort will create one set of guidelines for all FBI activities, Mukasey said. Agents now operate under five different standards that depend on what type of case they are handling. For example, investigating a bank robbery has a different set of rules than infiltrating a terrorist cell.
  - The new guidelines will make it easier to recruit and assign informants in national security cases, Mukasey said.
  - Also, the FBI would be able to use cameras to spy on suspected terrorists based on a tip, the same rule that now applies in criminal cases.
  - Existing rules make it "harder to gather information about threats to the national security than it is to conduct ordinary criminal investigations," Mukasey said.
  - There will be "robust and effective oversight measures" to ensure that FBI agents follow the law, he said.
  - The attorney general said it will still be forbidden to investigate based on race or religion.
  - Mukasey said he has been consulting with lawmakers about the changes and will issue them publicly in the next few weeks.

    I optimistically read AEI fellow Jeane
    Kirkpatrick’s defense of our foreign policy hypocrisy, entitled
    Dictatorships
    and Double Standards.
  - Even as a Cold War conservative at the
    time, I recall feeling that she protested too much.
  - The American
    Enterprise Institute’s sustained role in propagandizing American
    wars, including the creative
    and carelessly contrived 2003 invasion of Iraq, certainly belies
    the organization’s moniker.
  - Paying attention
    to the real work of the AEI is almost enough to turn a person into
    an anti-American world socialist… but perhaps that’s precisely the
    point, given
    the ideological backgrounds of so many of the neoconservatives there.
  - Yet, the AEI
    remains, posing as an organization that advocates for freedom of
    individuals rather than the state.
  - It continues to shill for war,
    global conquest, and to promote a kind of fantastic Washington mastery-of-the-planet
    idea.
  - The most recent case in point is this
    week’s AEI policy panel entitled "The
    War in the Caucasus."
  - Fred Kagan
    spoke at length on the
    Russian-Georgian conflict, with many PowerPoint slides.
  - The
    pudgy Ph.D. droned on and on, apparently boring not only myself,
    but many in the AEI audience, some of whom appeared to be suppressing
    yawns. Of course, this lethargy may be explained by the fact that
    the audience consisted mostly of well over-fifty and similarly pudgy
    white men.
  - The few young people in the audience appeared not to
    be paying close attention. Fred Kagan is insufferably boring.
  - We liked well-organized,
    concise, and accurate briefings. Where speculation was called for,
    such speculation was presented with full disclosure, conservatively,
    and constrained always, always, by known facts.
  - Because Fred
    was purporting to give a military style tactics and strategy briefing,
    my mind wandered back to my military days.
  - Needless to say, what Fred (who, as the presentation proceeded,
    increasingly reminded me of one of the pigs in Animal
    Farm) communicated could have been better done by a 21-year-old
    airman.
  - Did I mention
    "concise?" What about "factual?" Good, I thought
    so.
  - Interspersed and interwoven between Kagan’s various "facts"
    was Kagan’s ill-considered and pathetically transparent hopes for
    larger war, and his narrowly contrived opinions about what the conflagration
    in Georgia meant for the globe.
  - Perhaps I was
    simply in a bad mood because Fred had three different pronunciations
    for the city of Tbilisi, each of which he insisted upon giving equal
    time.
  - Next was former Air Force Major and prolific
    author Ralph Peters. Peters appeared to fully share Kagan’s ideas
    of the grand significance of Russia’s invasion, and he was angered
    by President Bush’s sissified reaction.
  - Airlifting Georgians back
    from supporting our own invasion of Iraq, a quickly deployed U.S.
    military-humanitarian mission, and declaring our undying support
    for that great democrat, Saakashvili? This was not nearly enough
    for Ralph, who looked like an aging hippie in a suit.
  - I met Peters
    at NSA in the mid-1990s, and remember him as young, clean cut and
    energetic. This week at AEI, his familiar stomping ground, he seemed
    fuzzily hysterical, and almost frail as he panted for more war.
  - It goes without
    saying that these effeminate men-children flock to play war, even
    as they avoid real debate, real disagreement, and real combat.
  - Hence the tidy attraction
    of socialism – but this ideological flirtation with super-centralized
    control of human activity is normally overcome by education and
    maturity – and for most moral people, ownership of perfection is
    granted to a higher, immortal power.
  - Intimidated
    by a complex and uncontrollable world, they create in their own
    minds an ordered controllable fantasy.
  - It is eerie to witness the
    arrested intellectual and moral development on public display at
    AEI.
  - But more frightening is AEI’s institutional avoidance of reality
    and justice, and its enthusiastic cultivation of what Hayek called
    the
    pretense of knowledge.
  - The strangest
    aspect of the AEI panel was the fluidity of AEI’s pronouncements
    on the wrongness of the Russian military action against the Georgian
    state, its cities and population, AEI’s pointed criticism of Russia’s
    economic motivations, and AEI’s repeated claims for the rights of
    small states to be left alone, to rule themselves, to evolve.
  - With
    each high-minded criticism of Russia’s actions over the past few
    weeks, I wondered why no one in the audience was physically wincing
    at how accurately AEI’s criticism applied to our own cavalier destruction
    of states, governments and cities, our own insistence on loyal puppet
    governors (like Saakashvili himself, supported
    by American taxpayer dollars, and Washington back-room dealings)
    as we occupy Iraq, and manipulate the governments of Afghanistan
    and Pakistan, and other countries around the world.
  - Our 20^th-century
    American habit, continued to the present day, is to send our military
    halfway around the world to dominate and destroy small countries
    with fourth-rate defenses.
  - This not only doesn’t seem to embarrass
    the great minds at AEI, it is embraced by them – except when a once
    and future (and now very wealthy) enemy follows suit.
  - Then, miraculously,
    the language of freedom is summoned.
  - That elsewhere these same intellectuals
    can smoothly take the side of separatist Kurds, Shiites, Kosovars
    and even Chechnyans – using the same exact language, belies the
    real purpose and intent of AEI: to promote the neoconservative Washington
    consensus – clothed in the language of freedom and democracy.
  - For
    a good reading of Washington’s strategic interests in Georgia (and
    these do NOT include democracy, self-determination, freedom or peace)
    you are better off looking at
    this paper from the Army War College.
  - Jeane Kirkpatrick observed
    in 1988 that, "Russia is playing chess, while we are playing
    Monopoly. The only question is whether they will checkmate us before
    we bankrupt them."
  - For wisdom that applies
    today, we may actually find it in AEI.
  - Resident AEI scholar Leon Aron, on the panel
    this week, wrote of Russia under Putin in 2006,
    
    … [the Kremlin
    decided to]…. reanimate
    the role of the state, occupy "commanding heights" in economy
    again, repossess the "jewels" in the "economy's crown," and put
    the executive branch of the government above all the other branches,
    permanently.
  - Kirkpatrick
    and Aron, as with every topsy-turvy articulation from the AEI, have
    it exactly right – except for orientation.
  - American interest in
    Georgia in the past decade is the result of neoconservative fear
    that Russia will bankrupt America’s heavily indebted
    and credit-dependent government.
  - And rather than contemporary Russia
    becoming less free, more economically centralized and tyrannical,
    Aron’s projection more accurately reflects the United States today,
    an ugly America that AEI promotes and nurtures.

  - The dollar rally has decreased dollar profits from oil, so the purchase of euros with petrodollars has slowed considerably. Therefore, this dollar rally should not fill you with relief and confidence, it should fill you with ominous foreboding.
  - The other part of The Big Sting Two is to suppress precious metals directly, so they can be purchased cheaply by the Illuminists themselves for their own account.
  - The dollar and oil manipulations have had an indirect impact, as has the yen, which has been kept strong against the euro to discourage carry trader investment in precious metals in the Euro Zone as the value of the euro erodes against the dollar and therefore also against gold and silver.
  - The mint has suspended issuance of both Gold and Silver Eagles.
  - But there are massive shortages in both gold and silver.
  - Dealer inventories of gold and silver bullion and coins are greatly depleted and lengthy delays in delivery are common.
  - Yet prices have plummeted. This goes against all free market principles known to man. How can they do this?
  - Low or even negative lease rates for one. You can borrow gold and silver bullion for nothing or even get paid for taking it, and then use it to cover your shorts or sell it into the market to suppress prices.
  - Only big banks get the privilege of borrowing for next-to-nothing, or even getting paid to borrow. Try getting your banker to do that for you.
  - We believe that much of the ETF gold and silver has been leased out, and their shares have definitely been naked shorted. Then there is direct sales by central banks and the ETF's, which incidentally are controlled by large banks and investment banks.
  - Also, huge short positions in futures markets have a suppressive effect, and the specs are humiliated constantly by the commercials who illegally know where all their sell stops are, and regularly start a cascade of black box selling whenever they want to spank them.
  - Suspension of sales of gold and silver by the US Mint, which are both totally illegal, has been another factor suppressing demand, because the government is not being forced to go into the open market to buy precious metals in support of their mandates.
  - Also, the failure to demand physical delivery by making cash purchases of COMEX gold and silver contracts for ultimate physical delivery has allowed the commercials to continue to dominate the casinos.
  - We have continually begged the specs to empty the COMEX cupboards and change the ownership of the casino, but to no avail.
  - And despite all this illegal manipulation of prices and illegal concentration of short positions among a very few players, we can expect total inaction, and/or even collusive suppression, from the SEC, the CFTC, the COMEX, the courts, the other regulators and our government.
  - These markets are have become totally unregulated free-for-alls for the Illuminati and their gold cartel.
  - This is a disgrace of the highest order, and we predict that many heads are going to roll when the trials and recriminations get underway at the behest of a livid US public.

  - Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi's appearance Monday at a West Los Angeles college to discuss her recently published book was marred by dozens of protestors and several angry outbursts by audience members who demanded Pelosi immediately authorize a House committee to hold impeachment hearings against President George W. Bush.
  - The Speaker made it clear she would not support any effort to hold impeachment hearings against President Bush saying that the president "will be gone in a hundred days."
  - Halfway through her discussion at The American University of Judaism, where more than 300 people paid $30 each to hear Pelosi speak about her upbringing and her family's impact on her political career as detailed in her book Know Your Power: A Message to America’s Daughters,
  - the topic shifted to Congress's historically low approval rating and how it reflected on Pelosi’s tenure as Speaker.
  - American University of Judaism's Rabbi Robert Wexler, who moderated the 75 minute discussion, which did not include a question and answer session with the audience, asked Pelosi to analyze a recent Rasmussen poll that found nine percent of voters dpolled believed Congress was doing a good job, far lower than President Bush's overall approval rating.
  - According to the results of the July poll, 72 percent of voters believe Congress is more interested in furthering their own political careers.
  - Fourteen percent believe members of Congress are genuinely interested in helping people.
  - Pelosi responded to the statistics by defending her performance and the performance of her Democratic colleagues in Congress.
    "I preside over the greatest collection of integrity and idealism," Pelosi said.
  - Prior to her appearance in West Los Angeles Monday evening, CNN’s Larry King interviewed Pelosi. She told King she was willing to drop her staunch opposition to offshore drilling and would likely allow the House to vote on the issue.
  - She said, in her opinion, the reason behind Congress’s historically low approval rating was largely due to the fact that Democrats could not muster up the votes to end the Iraq war, which the Democratic Speaker from San Francisco said she could not do much about because of the Democrats’ razor-thin majority in both Houses.
  - Wexler, however, continued to press Pelosi to elaborate on her response given that the Rasmussen poll suggested that a wide-range of issues beyond the Iraq war was responsible for Congress’s single-digit approval.
  - Pelosi, visibly flustered, said she was well aware that “much more work needs to be done.”
  - In November 2006, Pelosi explained the significance behind the record voter turnout that helped shift the balance of power in Washington for the first time in 12 years.
    
    “People voted for change and they voted for Democrats who will take our country in a new direction,” Pelosi said during a victory speech in San Francisco on Nov. 8, 2006.
  - But Pelosi, who became House Speaker, never managed to exact the change she promised.
  - She explained that she and her colleagues tried vigorously to pass legislation to end the war in Iraq.
  - "The public doesn’t want to know about process and 60 votes, they want outcomes, they want results," Pelosi said, explaining why Democrats could not end the war as promised prior to the midterm 2006 elections.
  - But Pelosi’s comments appeared disingenuous to many, since she was largely responsible for crafting an appropriations bill in backroom discussions with House Democratic leaders, passed in June, and then worked secretly with the White House budget director offering up concessions on Iraq war benchmarks if Bush would agree to the domestic spending attached to the final bill with little debate preceding a vote on the measure.
  - In fact, since the electoral victories in November 2006, the Democratic-controlled Congress has approved more than $300 billion in emergency spending bills for Iraq and Afghanistan without the benchmarks or withdrawal timetables that Pelosi and other leaders said they would demand.
  - When Pelosi launched into the reasons an administration led by presumptive Republican nominee Sen. John McCain would be dangerous for the country, identifying the candidate's support for an endless war in Iraq and his intention to uphold many of the questionable constitutional interpretations relating to torture and civil liberties during the Bush administration, Pelosi said the only way to "dig our way out" is by electing Sen. Barack Obama, the presumptive Democratic nominee.
  - “Whether it’s the deficit or the challenges to the constitution we have to dig our way out,” Pelosi said, adding “this election is like death for life on this planet as we know it today."
  - Her response led Peter Thottam, founder of the LA Impeachment Center, to demand Pelosi "do her job" and pursue impeachment hearings against President Bush for launching a war on false pretenses.
  - "Who gave you the right to take the constitution and shove it down the toilet? Who gave you the right to take impeachment off the table? Nobody told them to do this,” Thottam shouted at Pelosi moments before Secret Service agents removed him from the packed auditorium and turned him over to officers with the Los Angeles Police Department.
  - “One million Iraqis are dead. Five thousand Americans are dead. You have destroyed the First, Second, Fourth, Fifth and Eighth Amendments."
  - Pelosi seemed stunned by the outburst, but the way she addressed Thottam’s charges further fanned the flames and led to additional verbal protests over her decision not to hold the administration accountable for what many individuals in the audience believe are High Crimes and Misdemeanors by President Bush.
  - When a member of the activist group Code Pink stood up and insisted Pelosi brush up on her reading regarding evidence of the Bush administration's long list of alleged constitutional violations, Pelosi reacted angrily.
  - "I take an oath of office to uphold the constitution of the United States and don't tell me that I don't do that,” Pelosi said, using hand gestures to emphasize her disdain over the impeachment demands. "Why don't you go picket the Republicans in Congress that will not allow us to have a vote on the war. This is not very effective. Not very effective."
  - "As Speaker of the house, the third highest office, first is the president, then vice president, and then Speaker, I take my responsibilities deadly seriously,” Pelosi said. “I try to promote bipartisanship but that's not what the other side wants."
  - Before Election 2006, Pelosi declared impeachment “off the table,” in part, to avoid alarming centrist voters. Now, with Democrats hoping to gain additional seats in Election 2008, a similar political calculation applies, fearing a backlash against a last-minute drive to impeach Bush and Cheney.

    on the brink of unmasking the psychopaths and building a civilization
    of, by and for the normal human being -
  - a civilization without war, a
    civilization based on truth, a civilization in which the saintly few rather
    than the diabolical few would gravitate to positions of power.

    have the knowledge necessary to diagnose psychopathic personalities and
    keep them out of power. We have the knowledge necessary to dismantle the

  - This manipulation of shame has the added benefit of making
    psychopathic organizations effectively invisible to normal society.

    easily available media reports, American voters in 2004 simply refused
    to see that the two major-party presidential candidates had lain naked
    in a coffin masturbating in front of older Bonesmen in order to gain admission
    to Skull and Bones and thus become members of the criminal overworld.
  - Likewise, many Americans have long refused to see that hawkish elements
    of the overworld, operating through the CIA, had obviously been the murderers
    of JFK, MLK, RFK, JFK Jr., Malcolm X, ChÈ, AllendÈ, Wellstone,

    leaders.
  - They refuse to see the continuing murders of millions of people
    around the world in what amounts to an American holocaust.

    imaginable to induce multiple-personality-disorder in child victims, then

    are waking up.
  - If "love" is embedded in the Revolution Ron
    Paul heralds, that is because Dr. Paul - a kindly, soft-spoken physician
    who has delivered more than 4,000 babies - implicitly recognizes that
    government is the invention and tool of psychopaths, and therefore must
    be strictly limited in scope and subjected to a rigorous system of checks
    and balances, lest the psychopath's tools, fear and hatred, replace love
    as the glue that binds society together.
  - The decline in militarism since World War II in advanced
    countries, the spread of literacy and communications technology, and the
    people's growing demands for a better life, together represent a gathering
    force that terrifies the pathocracy, (those alternately competing-then-cooperating

  - He is a dual loyalist, a foreign agent whose assignment
    is to get America committed to spilling the blood of her sons for client

    paid Scheunemann $70,000 pocket change compared to the $290,000 his
    Orion Strategies banked in those same 15 months from the Georgian regime

  - Not only did Scheunemann's two-man lobbying firm receive
    $730,000 since 2001 to get Georgia a NATO war guarantee, he was paid by
    Romania and Latvia to do the same. And he succeeded.
  - Latvia, a tiny Baltic republic annexed by Joseph Stalin
    in June 1940 during his pact with Adolf Hitler, was set free at the end
    of the Cold War.
  - Yet hundreds of thousands of Russians had been moved into
    Latvia by Stalin, and as Riga served as a base of the Baltic Sea fleet,
    many Russian naval officers retired there.
  - The children and grandchildren of these Russians are
    Latvian citizens. They are a cause of constant tension with ethnic Letts
    and of strife with Moscow, which has assumed the role of protector of Russians
    left behind in the "near abroad" when the Soviet Union broke
    apart.
  - Thanks to the lobbying of Scheunemann and friends, Latvia
    has been brought into NATO and given a U.S. war guarantee.

    to halt some nasty ethnic violence in Riga, the United States is committed

  engagements came from small churches that sacrificed to raise the transportation

    above the knees in a 1979 accident and my son were understanding troupers

    talked about the success of the Unification Church in that South American
    country.
  - It further called CAUSA, “the political arm of the Unification

    about that time the phone rang and Kansas city friends were on the line.
    They told me they had just come back from a CAUSA conference and were
    shocked at what they had seen.
  - They said all accommodations were deluxe.
    They said they had met a “Bo Hi Pak,” whom they subsequently
    learned was then “number two” in Unification Church.
  - Cleon
    Skousen as well as W. Steuart McBirnie, author of then popular books
    on the antichrist had been present at the same conference.
  - My Kansas
    City friends told me they said to each other, “good grief, they’re
    presenting the entire New Age agenda as a positive alternative to Marxism.”
  - There
    was a form to fill out at the end of the conference. It included a “whom
    shall we invite.” They duly filled out “Constance Cumbey”
    complete with Detroit address and phone number. They called me to say
    that they both thought it terribly important that I see it for myself.
    They were right.
  - Shortly
    thereafter I got a follow up call from CAUSA staff. I said I would accept
    their invitation; however, they would have to fly me from Fort Wayne,
    Indiana as I would be there for Christmas.
  - They would have to return
    me to Detroit. The terms were accepted.
  - Flying that “milk bucket
    route,” I was routed through Charlotte and got there several hours
    late. There was a “Carla,” with the “CAUSA”
    sign held aloft waiting for me.
  - She drove me to the hotel. I went to
    the room which I learned was to be shared with a female author of books
    on camping.
  - She told me she was there because they had a son involved
    in Unification Church. They had tried unsuccessful attempts at deprogramming
    and they had given up on seeing their son again.
  - Then, she said, out
    of “the blue,” they were contacted by Unification Church
    personnel and told that if they became active in CAUSA, they could have
    free access to their son.
  - I
    filed this using of children as literal hostages to the devil away in
    my memory for future reference.
  - I then went down to the reception which
    was full of almost every delicacy one could conceive.
  - It was there that
    I met Kofi Annan who would later become the Secretary General of the
    United Nations. He must have told the organizers that I had expressed
    concerns as shortly thereafter I was taken aside and grilled by General
    and Mrs. E. D. Woellner.
  - They said, “who invited you?” I
    said, “you did.” I was to be watched extremely closely over
    the next few hours until I was literally put under house arrest and
    extradited back to Detroit.
  - What was even more shocking was to watch the Christians
    sitting there, very respectfully under the image of Buddha (projected
    during the presentations) and hearing that “when we say God, we
    mean the God who is the God of the Christians, of the Jews, of the Mormons,
    of Unification Church...”
  - Well,
    I had the conference materials and lists of names of those there. I
    also had a sense of the danger the organization paid.
  - CAUSA Executive
    Director Joseph Tully had admitted to me, “ yes, we work with
    Benjamin Crème AND Tara Center, but we don’t all agree
    on who that new Christ is.”
  - For the record, I had not mentioned
    “Tara Center” to him – only that I had seen local
    Unificationists in the Detroit area present at the November 1981 Crème
    lecture.
  - Many radio interviews gave me the opportunity to give
    CAUSA more "free advertising" than they had ever counted on.
  - I had telephone calls from Memphis pastors. Two, saying they were from
    large Memphis, Tennessee churches called me to tell me the Unificationists
    had tried to work their congregation over "religious freedom issues."
  - They said they working to free people such as Everett Sileven and Rev.
    Moon from "religious persecution."
  - These godly men further
    told me they were presented brochures indicating "bubble gum card"
    Christians such as Tim LaHaye (Chairman), Marlin Maddoux, Jan and Paul
    Crouch, and many others were named on the brochure for the organization
    "Coalition for Religious Freedom."
  - The ministers said they
    had called these people who had refused to listen. Given my recent personal
    experiences with this cult, I listened.
  - We
    would move to Lake Orion, Michigan in late 1984. In late 1985 I read
    an article, THE MOONIES AND THE CHRISTIAN RIGHT by a free lance writer,
    Carolyn Weaver in MOTHER JONES MAGAZINE.
  - I saw it in the small bookstore
    of Lake Orion where we were very new in town.
  - Ms. Weaver said that by
    writing this article which featured sad news of Tim LaHaye’s entanglement
    with Bo Hi Pak, she did not intend to imply that the average fundamentalist
    Christian supported Bo Hi Pak or Unification Church in any manner. “To
    the contrary, the average Christian would perceive Bo Hi Pak as an altar
    boy to the Antichrist,” aptly wrote Ms. Weaver.
  - At
    Huntington House’s request, I attended the 1986 National Religious
    Broadcasters convention held in Washington, D.C. In February 1984, two
    years earlier, Tim LaHaye had introduced himself to me at that event
    one year earlier.
  - We had then held a cordial discussion. He told me
    the threat as he saw it was “secular humanism.” I told him
    I thought he should take a closer look at the New Age Movement.
  - I did
    not stay at the hotel, but with Washington area friends in 1986.
  - I’m
    certain that Tim LaHaye who then lived in Washington, D.C. was not staying
    at the hotel either. I was scheduled to leave for Colorado for speaking
    engagements in Colorado Springs and Denver. I wanted to speak with Tim
    LaHaye personally about Ms. Weaver’s allegations.
  - As I was coming
    down a Sheraton Hotel elevator, Tim LaHaye was coming up. I said, “Tim,”
    and he looked over. “Constance Cumbey,” I said. “Oh
    yes, we’ll get together,” he said.
  - It
    never happened and it was probably nobody’s fault.
  - I was scheduled
    to speak to an Eagle Forum conference in Colorado Springs. My assigned
    topic was New Age infiltration of the Church.
  - I was wishing I had that
    article with me, but I did not. The Eagle Forum chairman for Colorado,
    Jayne Schindler, however, brought me a copy and specifically asked me
    to comment on it. I mentioned only in passing that it was one more example
    of how New Age factions were seeking to neutralize and even proselytize
    the Church.
  - Another speaker was Peter Waldron also of Washington, D.C.
    Over the past four years I had done many radio interviews with him.
    He and Tim LaHaye had joint radio ventures in Washington, D.C.
  - It
    was a bright post-snowy day in Colorado Springs when the sponsoring
    committee took me to lunch at Furrs Cafeteria. We were all startled
    to hear, “paging Wanda Leonard, paging Wanda Leonard” over

    learned that the Gold Lake event was a “retreat” sponsored

  - Molly told our friend that the events consisted mainly of group activities.

  - This was the culmination of many months of our trying
    frustratingly to gather information on Gold Lake and being able to eke
    out only small tidbits from New Agers such as David Spangler and Fritz
    Hull bragging about the events.
  - The following story will describe what
    we have been able to learn to date. “Dynamic Links” are
    the newest concept in software.
  - It appears that there are all too many
    “dynamic links” between Christians and the globalist-occult
    community. Are they witnessing/ Or much more likely, are they networking?

    Marx Hubbard’s most successful “Harmonic Convergence”
    did not take place on August 16-17, 1987. Nor was it the Soviet-American
    dialogues.
  - Instead, her most successful blending of what she calls “resonating
    core groups” was held in Boulder, Colorado October 24 through
    26, 1987. She started at a conference called “Christianity and
    the New Age” sponsored by Doug Coe’s Fellowship Foundation,
    Inc. (more commonly known as “The Washington Fellowship,”
    or “The Fellowship”), The C. S. Lewis Institute, Spiritual
    Counterfeits Project and other ‘Christian” organizations.
  - The event seems to strongly smack of Evangelical Ministry to New Religions
    (EMNR’s) imprinting – in fact, many EMNR principals such
    as J. Vernon Grounds and Gordon Lewis were involved.
  - "Our
    information for this story was culled from many sources. We learned
    by listening to tapes of New Agers, by asking New Agers such as Marilyn
    Ferguson, by other Christians calling “Christians” who were
    there and passing on the little information they received to us.

    most important thing we learned was that the Christians there made a
    pact with the New Agers not to reveal information about the retreat.
  - The 'Christians' obviously kept their word better than the New Agers.
  - In fact, the very day the conference ended, David Spangler spoke at

    more and discovering Paul Temple’s pivotal role in both the Prayer
    Breakfast Network and the powerful New Age Institute of Noetic Sciences
    disturbed me more.
  - The
    information and its ramifications would continue to haunt me.
  - From time to time I would google “Paul N. Temple”
    and learn progressively more of his business ventures which included
    a holding company named Shambhala, the mythical residence of the “Tibetan
    Masters” a la Helena Petrovna Blavatsky, Helena Roehrich, and
    Alice Ann Bailey.
  - A
    few weeks ago, I made another pivotal on line discovery. I did a routine
    search for “Paul N. Temple” and googled it together with
    the term, “noetic.”
  - This search yielded a “Three Swallows
    Foundation.” Reading on line reporter summaries, I learned that
    recipients had included groups as diverse as Arthur Blessit Ministries,
    All Seasons Chalice Church, and Montessori and Steiner schools.
  - Large
    amounts of money had gone to the Institute of Noetic Sciences.
  - Much
    larger amounts of money had gone to something called “International
    Foundation” of Washington, D.C.
  - International
    Foundation? Online Star encapsulated
    foundation information gave a link to an Oklahoma organization,

    this modest Oklahoma missionary group could not have been the recipient
    of the amounts of moneys indicated had been distributed by the Three
    Swallows Foundation.
  - I googled “International Foundation”
    and came up with nothing that led me to what it had really funded. I
    then had an idea.
  - I went to Three Swallows Foundation’s 990 reports.
    I read the reports to the very bottom and found an entry for “International
    Foundation.”
  - It had an address: 133 C Street, SE. Washington,
    DC 20003. I googled that address.
    
    Bingo!
    Here is what I found:

    I had much deeper understanding of why Evangelical organizations I had
    presumed would be equally interested in knowledge of New Age hostile

    sides – New Age and “Christian.”
  - Totaling
    Paul Temple’s Three Swallows Foundation donations as shown
    in its 990 forms between 1998 and 2007, I would learn that nearly
    $1.7 million had been donated to “The International Foundation”
    and various smaller amounts to groups as diverse as Arthur Blessit Ministries
    and Campus Crusade for Christ.
  - Nearly $700,000 had gone to his own Institute
    of Noetic Sciences.
  - The Gold Lake conference had been convened by Paul
    Temple’s own children: clearly not to “Bridge” to
    Jesus Christ, but to bridge to their New Age “Christ.”
  - Silence
    had been purchased at no small cost in dollars to Paul N. Temple and
    in souls lost to Evangelicals.
  - Legitimate opposition to the hostile
    anti-Christian New Age Movement had been marginalized to protect Paul
    Temple’s investment.

    bought off with even greater investments from the Moonies. For part

  - On the screen, we see the DIRECT, overt attack of clones that were once good�but have been programmed by the Dark Side to kill the Jedi.
  - The Senate, of the Galactic Republic, is covertly controlled by the evil Chancellor Palpatine.
  - Jedi come to arrest him for crimes against the Senate. He replies: �I AM the Senate.� His dark alter ego (the robed Sidious) is the Phantom Menace.
  - The Illuminati is an evil organization IN THE REAL WORLD that has slowly, over time, seized power and control away from the people.
  - Lucas knows this. He is a part of the Evil Empire that he has symbolized on the silver screen.
  - In an interview, Lucas said he was presenting how a Republic becomes an Evil Empire.
  - The film ends with a grand victory for the Dark Side. The Republic is no more and evil reigns supreme. Is this really so different than what is going on in our world today?
  - In the beginning of the movie, General Grievous kidnaps the Chancellor. He has 4 arms. When you see this character, he appears all robotic. But when you see his eyes, under the metal, he is a LIZARD.
  - Ask David Icke what this represents. He will tell you this refers to the Reptilian aliens. Why does he cough? Does this refer to viruses that plague our world?
  - How do the clone armies turn against the Republic?
  - The Dark Lord unleashes �Order 66.� This makes the clones destroy the Jedi who they have been faithfully serving.
  - In Freemasonry, there are 33 degrees. The Chancellor tells Anakin the advantages of the Dark Side; he knows BOTH sides�2 times 33 or 66
  - You move up in Freemasonry by degrees.
  - U.S. presidents have been 33 degree Freemasons. In robed, secret ceremonies initiates eventually learn who they have been serving in those high degrees.
  - They learn that they have been serving the Devil. But by then, it is too late and their souls are owned by the devils that rule this planet. Sound familiar? There is the Jedi Order and the Order of Freemasonry.

  - Here were Clone Wars and high technology which existed in our distant past. The great psychic, Edgar Cayce, described such wars and technology. He did not have the modern word �clone.� He used the word �things.� Wars were fought for the liberation of these slaves.
  - For years, I thought George Lucas� Star Wars was a representation of ancient times.
  - Ancient books of India also support this idea.
  - What do the clones symbolize? They represent US; the general public.
  - We are not considered individuals. We are looked upon as programmable units. The public, who are all the same, are property.

  - Is she really asking: �What if America has become the very evil we were fighting in the Second World War?�
  - The word �democracy� is used a number of times in the film, referring to the good Order of the Jedi.
  - That same word is thrown around in our media. It is an ideal. It is not reality, but only something THEY want you to believe in.
  - We truly live in an Evil Empire. Utopia is far in the future.
  - Will Lucas be rewarded for his efforts at the Oscars? The Shriners and the Academy are certainly aware of the symbols in his film. They are one of the groups in-the-know.
  - I can hear my critics now: IT�S ONLY A MOVIE.
  - Yes, and so was �Pearl Harbor� which came just prior to 9-11 and helped brainwash our youth to march to war.
  - This is the purpose of television and films. They influence us.
  - These men of evil create disasters to mold the Congress.
