    time violence erupts somewhere in the world, our national leaders and
    news media make it sound like that particular outbreak is America's
    greatest threat.
  - The conflict between Russia and Georgia is no exception.
    Almost as soon as news of the conflict broke, the presumptive Republican
    Presidential nominee, John McCain, was suggesting that the United States
    (or the United Nations) should send troops to the scene.
  - I guess two
    wars are not enough for McCain; he now wants to start a third. (And
    with all his talk about bombing Iran, make that four.)
  - And talk all
    over Washington, D.C., was mostly about what kind of military response
    the United States should take.
  - Have
    people lost their minds?
  - Or do people really believe that the United
    States is the world's--or should we say the United Nations'--policeman?
    Apparently, that is what our national leaders from both major parties
    believe.
  - Let's
    face it: most of America's foreign policy over the last several decades
    has been more about fulfilling the U.N.'s global desires than protecting
    the people and property of the United States.
  - And, yes, that includes
    America's invasion of Iraq.
  - Do
    readers not remember that soon after launching the invasion of Iraq,
    President Bush appeared before the United Nations and plainly told that
    sinister organization that the reason he had ordered the invasion of
    Iraq was to "defend . . . the credibility of the United Nations"?
  - Frankly, I did not know the United Nations had any credibility worth
    defending.
  - Nevertheless, G.W. Bush was willing to sacrifice over 4,000
    American lives for the express purpose of defending the U.N.'s "credibility."
    Now, John McCain appears willing to send troops to Georgia.
  - I
    will not use this column to analyze the specific events leading up to
    Russia's attack against Georgia, except to say that one can count on
    the fact that there is much more to the story than what NBC, CBS, ABC,
    and CNN are telling us.
  - In
    addition, one of the major fallacies being perpetrated by most in Washington,
    D.C., is the notion that America is somehow strengthened and protected
    by aggressive meddling in the affairs of foreign countries.
  - Such a philosophy
    was considered anathema to America's Founding Fathers. They rightly
    understood that such reasoning created more problems than it solved
    and that it made America more vulnerable, not more secure.
  - Regardless
    of what the underlying and overriding reasons for Russia's attack might
    have been, I will say here and now that the Russian-Georgian conflict
    is not America's greatest threat.
  - I will also be so bold as to say that
    Iran or North Korea is not America's greatest threat, either.
  - In fact,
    I will categorically state that no foreign nation (although, of all
    foreign nations, Red China should undoubtedly be our biggest concern--and
    none of our national leaders seem the least bit concerned about it)
    is America's greatest threat. America's greatest threat comes from within.
    And I am not alone in that opinion.
  - Daniel
    Webster warned, "There is no nation on earth powerful enough to
    accomplish our overthrow. Our destruction, should it come at all, will
    be from another quarter. From the inattention of the people to the concerns
    of their government, from their carelessness and negligence. I must
    confess that I do apprehend some danger. I fear that they may place
    too implicit a confidence in their public servants and fail properly
    to scrutinize their conduct; that in this way they may be made the dupes
    of designing men, and become the instruments of their own undoing."
  - While
    the national media focuses on Russia, Georgia, Iraq, Afghanistan, or
    Iran, our own leaders are quietly molding the clay of our own demise
    right here at home.
  - Both political parties, and the standard-bearers
    they select, are facilitating the surrender of our national sovereignty
    and independence.
  - They are working in darkness to build an international
    community where the laws and principles of individual nation-states
    (including America's) are made subservient to the laws and principles
    of international entities. This is America's greatest threat.
  - Can
    you believe this? Can you imagine U.S. citizens being hauled off before
    an international court to be tried for crimes?
  - For
    example, John McCain supports the International Criminal Court.
  - Imagine an international
    court whose rulings and opinions overrule U.S. rulings and opinions.
    Imagine a court setting where the constitutional protections of the
    Bill of Rights are null and void. Imagine a court setting where international
    law trumps U.S. or state laws. If that is not a surrender of U.S. sovereignty,
    nothing is! And John McCain is all for it.
  - Furthermore,
    both John McCain and Barack Obama support NAFTA, the WTO, GATT, and
    the FTAA.
  - Both major party candidates support the NAFTA superhighway,
    the creation of a North American Community (which is the precursor to
    a North American Union), the SPP, and the United Nations.
  - Ladies
    and Gentlemen, America is on the verge of losing its independence and
    its national sovereignty. And both major political parties (along with
    a compliant national media) are equally culpable.
  - And mark this down:
    when America loses its independence and national sovereignty, we also
    lose our freedoms and liberties.
  - Please remember that before a Constitution
    and Bill of Rights could be drafted, there was first drafted a Declaration
    of Independence. It is the Declaration of Independence that lays the
    cornerstone and builds the wall of protection around the Constitution
    and Bill of Rights.
  - Lose the Declaration and we lose the Constitution
    and Bill of Rights.
  - No,
    the greatest threat to America does not come from Russia, Iraq, Iran,
    or any other foreign country. America's greatest threat comes from a
    complacent populace who would sit back and do nothing while our own
    civil magistrates surrender our nation's sovereignty and independence
    to international interests.
  - Think
    about it: 232 years after Thomas Jefferson drafted the Declaration of
    Independence, and after our Founding Fathers pledged their lives, fortunes,
    and sacred honor to defend that document, our nation's leaders from
    both major parties are in the process of ceding America back to the
    kind of global empire from which we fought to break free. This is America's
    greatest threat!

    on our right to own and bear arms, young boys in this country up to

    with the principle and then pick them up after school for shooting competitions.
  - Of course, back then there was a stay at home mother and a father who
    came home after work. Families ate dinner together and faced life together.
    Parents who taught their sons and daughters all about guns from an early

    that cater to women are also in on the "reeducation" programs.

    of using one against a man who would take their body or threaten their
    children.
  - Throughout the history of this Republic, our citizenry has
    always been an armed society and for good reason:

    always possess arms, and be taught alike, especially when young,
    how to use them." Richard Henry Lee, Virginia delegate to the Continental
    Congress, Initiator of the Declaration of Independence, and member of

    police don't have to protect you
  - Gun
    control makes victims of women. For those women who think that just
    because they call 9-11 when a couple of big bruisers break into their
    home - if they even have the time or opportunity to get to the phone
    - that the police are obligated to run right over and save their bacon
    are wrong. Dead wrong.
  - The courts have repeatedly ruled that law enforcement
    do not have a duty to protect you or your property.
  - Those three to five minutes it takes a squad car (if that quick) to
    get to your home or apartment can very well mean the difference between
    life and death. If the two legged predators out there got the message
    that women have guns in their homes and will use them, guess whose home
    they're going to skip on rape night out with the boys?
  - Not
    to mention the fact that ownership of a gun is REQUIRED under the Second
    Amendment.
  - This is a fact the gun grabbers and sissy men in this country
    continue to deliberately ignore.
  - Many times I have written about the
    absolute necessity of reconstituting the organized militia under the
    states, citing the brilliant work of Dr. Edwin Vieira.
  - Those teachers
    here in Texas have taken an important first step, but every supporter
    of the Second Amendment must understand that our very survival
    depends on getting the first state to implement Edwin's carefully crafted
    plan of action.
  - When there is societal breakdown, i.e., result
    of a massive financial collapse, local law enforcement will not be able
    to handle the situation - just like they couldn't during Katrina.
  - If
    you think I'm just blowing smoke, you're wrong. The powers that be don't
    want you to know these facts, they want the masses to buckle under to
    martial law on the whim of a sitting president "for their own good."
  - This is the reason for conditioning the American people beginning back
    in 1997, Sacramento Bee: "Our Civilian-Military Face-Off
    : Bill of Rights No Obstacle for the [Marine] Corps."
  - This piece
    exposed the mindset way back then that at some point due to: "...the
    rising potential for civil disobedience within the inner cities it is
    'inevitable' the U.S. military will be employed more often within American
    borders."
  - The
    elites who rule this country know the American people have caught onto
    their plans for destroying this constitutional republic.
  - There is no
    way to stop this financial disintegration no matter how many oceans
    of money are thrown onto the fire, and as I've said before, hungry bellies
    make for angry mobs.
  - As well as recent armed stand off incidents when
    the Sheriff came to remove owners from their foreclosed home.
  - All of
    these factors are why we have seen the paramilitiarization of local
    law enforcement over the past dozen years and military exercises being
    conducted in urban areas.
  - This melt down has been underway a long time
    and is now out of control. The beast is devouring itself (see link 4
    below).
  - What
    we're seeing right now is the lull before the tsunami as the ruling
    elite try to hold things together before the pretend elections in November.
  - But, you just wait until the first quarter of next year. If Americans
    think the No Change duo of McCain and Obama can "fix" things,
    they will be the next wave of beggars.
  - The destroyers have brought horrible
    pain to millions of people with the banking crisis (which Edwin
    Vieira has warned about for over thirty years and which has now
    come to pass) with the worst yet to come.
  - Gold is being beaten down
    and the market manipulated. It's a crime underway in full view of the
    American people who simply have no understanding of what's happening
    to them.
  - As
    I have urged for years, diversify some of your assets into gold and
    don't wait until it's too late because too late is fast approaching.
  - I've warned over the years (September 28, 2004,
    October 10, 2005, July
    10, 2006, August 13, 2007, October
    4, 2007, January 31, 2008, June
    19, 2008) CON-gress would do nothing to stop the meltdown, just
    as both parties have allowed the energy crisis to build to where we
    are today.
  - We all like to deal with people we trust, so I do recommend

    acquire some to protect what you have left.

    have to get one state to make the first move in reconstituting the organized

  - In the past, many political groups (both left and right) have used the cell system to further their objectives.
  - An alternative to the pyramid form of organization is the cell system.
  - Two examples will suffice. During the American Revolution, "committees of correspondence" were formed throughout the Thirteen Colonies. Their purpose was to subvert the government and thereby aid the cause of independence. The "Sons of Liberty," who made a name for themselves by dumping government taxed tea into the harbor at Boston, were the action arm of the committees of correspondence.
  - Each committee was a secret cell that operated totally independently of the other cells. Information on the government was passed from committee to committee, from colony to colony, and then acted upon on a local basis. Yet even in those bygone days of poor communication, of weeks to months for a letter to be delivered, the committees, without any central direction whatsoever, were remarkably similar in tactics employed to resist government tyranny.
  - It was, as the first American Patriots knew, totally unnecessary for anyone to give an order for anything. Information was made available to each committee, and each committee acted as it saw fit.
  - A recent example of the cell system taken from the left wing of politics are the Communists. The Communists, in order to get around the obvious problems involved in pyramidal organization, developed to an art the cell system.
  - They had numerous independent cells which operated completely isolated from one another and particularly with no knowledge of each other, but were orchestrated together by a central headquarters.
  - For instance, during WWII, in Washington, it is known that there were at least six secret Communist cells operating at high levels in the United States government (plus all the open Communists who were protected and promoted by President Roosevelt), however, only one of the cells was rooted out and destroyed. How many more actually were operating, no one can say for sure.

  - The Communist cells which operated in the U. S. until late 1991 under Soviet control could have at their command a leader who held a social position which appeared to be very lowly. He could be, for example, a busboy in a restaurant, but in reality a colonel or a general in the Soviet Secret Service, the KGB.
  - Under him could be a number of cells, and a person active in one cell would almost never have knowledge of individuals who were active in other cells; in fact, the members of the other cells would be supporting that cell which was under attack and ordinarily would lend very strong support to it in many ways.
  - This is at least part of the reason, no doubt, that whenever in the past Communists were attacked in this country, support for them sprang up in many unexpected places.
  - The effective and efficient operation of a cell system after the Communist model is, of course, dependent upon central direction, which means impressive organization, funding from the top, and outside support, all of which the Communists had. Obviously, American patriots have none of these things at the top or anywhere else, and so an effective cell organization based upon the Soviet system of operation is impossible.

  - Two things become clear from the above discussion. First, that the pyramid form of organization can be penetrated quite easily and it thus is not a sound method of organization in situations where the government has the resources and desire to penetrate the structure, which is the situation in this country.
  - Secondly, that the normal qualifications for the cell structure based upon the Red model does not exist in the U. S. for patriots. This understood, the question arises "What method is left for those resisting state tyranny?"
  - The Plan - JAH.
  - The answer comes from Col. Amoss who proposed the "Phantom Cell" mode of organization which he described as Leaderless Resistance. A system of organization that is based upon the cell organization, but does not have any central control or direction, that is in fact almost identical to the methods used by the committees of correspondence during the American Revolution.
  - Utilizing the Leaderless Resistance concept, all individuals and groups operate independently of each other, and never report to a central head- quarters or single leader for direction or instruction, as would those who belong to a typical pyramid organization.
  - At first glance, such a form of organization seems unrealistic, primarily because there appears to be no organization. The natural question thus arises as to how are the "Phantom Cells" and individuals to cooperate with each other when there is no inter-communication or central direction?

  - The answer to this question is that participants in a program of leaderless resistance through "Phantom Cell" or individual action must know exactly what they are doing and how to do it. It becomes the responsibility of the individual to acquire the necessary skills and information as to what is to be done.
  - This is by no means as impractical as it appears, because it is certainly true that in any movement all persons involved have the same general outlook, are acquainted with the same philosophy, and generally react to given situations in similar ways. The previous history of the committees of correspondence during the American Revolution shows this to be true.
  - Since the entire purpose of leaderless resistance is to defeat state tyranny (at least in so far as this essay is concerned), all members of phantom cells or individuals will tend to react to objective events in the same way through usual tactics of resistance.
  - Organs of information distribution such as newspapers, leaflets, computers, etc., which are widely available to all, keep each person informed of events, allowing for a planned response that will take many variations. No one need issue an order to anyone.
  - Those idealists truly committed to the cause of freedom will act when they feel the time is ripe, or will take their cue from others who precede them. While it is true that much could be said against this kind of structure as a method of resistance, it must be kept in mind that leaderless resistance is a child of necessity.
  - The alternatives to it have been shown to be unworkable or impractical. Leaderless resistance has worked before in the American Revolution, and if the truly committed put it to use themselves, it will work now.
  - It goes almost without saying that Leaderless Resistance leads to very small or even one-man cells of resistance. Those who join organizations to play "let's pretend" or who are "groupies" will quickly be weeded out. While for those who are serious about their opposition to federal despotism, this is exactly what is desired.
  - From the point of view of tyrants and would-be potentates in the federal bureaucracy and police agencies, nothing is more desirable than that those who oppose them be UNIFIED in their command structure, and that EVERY person who opposes them belong to a pyramid style group. Such groups and organizations are easy to kill.
  - Especially in light of the fact that the Justice (sic) Department promised in 1987 that there would never be another group to oppose them that they did not have at least one informer in! These federal "friends of government" are ZOG or ADL intelligence agents. They gather information that can be used at the whim of a federal D. A. to prosecute.
  - Patriots are REQUIRED, therefore, to make a conscious decision to either aid the government in its illegal spying (by continuing with old methods of organization and resistance), or to make the enemy's job more difficult by implementing effective countermeasures.
  - Now there will, no doubt, be mentally handicapped people out there who will state emphatically in their best red, white, and blue voice, while standing at a podium with an American flag draped in the background and a lone eagle soaring in the sky above, that, "So what if the government is spying?   - The person making such a statement is totally out of contact with political reality in this country, and unfit for leadership of anything more than a dog sled in the Alaskan wilderness. The old "Born on the Fourth of July" mentality that has influenced so much of the Aryan-American Patriot's thinking in the past will not save him from the government in the future.
  - "Reeducation" for non-thinkers of this kind will take place in the federal prison system where there are no flags or eagles, but an abundance of men who were "not violating any laws."

  - Most groups who "unify" their disparate associates into a single structure have short political lives. Therefore, those movement leaders constantly calling for unity of organization, rather than the desirable Unity of Purpose, usually fall into one of three categories:
  - They may not be sound political tacticians, but rather, just committed men who feel unity would help their cause, while not realizing that the government would greatly benefit from such efforts. The Federal objective, to imprison or destroy all who oppose them, is made easier in pyramid organizations.
  - Or, perhaps, they do not fully understand the struggle they are involved in, and that the government they oppose has declared a state of war against those fighting for faith, folk, freedom, property and constitutional liberty. Those in power will use any means to rid themselves of opposition.
  - The third class calling for unity, and let us hope this is the minority of the three, are men more desirous of the supposed power that a large organization would bestow, than of actually achieving their stated purpose.
  - Conversely, the LAST thing federal snoops want, if they had any choice in the matter, is a thousand different small phantom cells opposing them.
  - t is easy to see why. Such a situation is an intelligence nightmare for a government intent upon knowing everything they possibly can about those who oppose them. The Federals, able to amass overwhelming strength of numbers, manpower, resources, intelligence gathering, and capability at any given time, need only a focal point to direct their anger [ie Waco].
  - A single penetration of a pyramid style organization can lead to the destruction of the whole. Whereas, leaderless resistance presents no single opportunity for the Federals to destroy a significant portion of the resistance.
  - With the announcement of the Department of Justice (sic) that 300 FBI agents formerly assigned to watching Soviet spies in the U. S. (domestic counter-intelligence) are now to be used to "combat crime," the federal government is preparing the way for a major assault upon those persons opposed to their policies.
  - Many anti-government groups dedicated to the preservation of the America of our Forefathers can expect shortly to feel the brunt of a new federal assault upon liberty.

    found itself under siege by thousands of angry taxpayers
    upset at a plan to implement a state income tax."

    history, the Tennessee legislature temporarily sealed the fate of hard-fought
    efforts to implement a state income tax after weeks of vocal anti-tax

    state budget, just 60 hours before a possible state government shutdown."

    of the state legislatures are up for reelection. There are a lot of
    good legislators out there, but they are out numbered by the rotten
    political animals who care nothing about the U.S. Constitution or their
    own state constitutions.
  - Between now and November 4th, all of these
    candidates and incumbents from sheriffs to mayors to the state house
    will be out campaigning, participating in debates and those all important
    town hall meetings.
  - 95% of all state legislators, senators and reps,
    do not care what you want nor are they afraid of we the people -- except
    in the great State of Tennessee when THOUSANDS came out and told them

    are not alone. There are millions of Americans just like you who are
    fed up.

    Organize your groups for more than one event scheduled on the same night.

    Bill Clinton was to attend a private fund raiser over in the SF Bay
    Area, 'soccer moms with a brain' got the address and showed up with
    kids in strollers and signs that said, "Sexual predator coming
    to the neighborhood."

  - We the
    people must go out in full force between now and November 4th.
    Silence is not an option.
  - Then, in January, we the people must crank
    it up when the state legislatures begin their new sessions. NO MORE

    with characteristic Marine Corps bluntness, the major states that, "in

    for the Marines to inject themselves into the civilian sector.

    substantial number of Americans believe this is a gross misuse of our
    military under The Posse Comitatus Act, a United States federal law
    (18 U.S.C. § 1385) passed on June 16, 1878, prohibiting most members
    of the federal uniformed services (the Army, Air Force, and State National
    Guard forces when such are called into federal service) from exercising
    nominally state law enforcement police or peace officer powers that
    maintain "law and order" on non-federal property (states,
    their counties and municipal divisions).

    to a great degree the powers of the federal government to use active
    military for law enforcement.

    have been more laws enacted by Congress over the years explicitly allowing

    Agencies Act of 1981 (“MSCLEA”),
    the purpose of which is to allow the exchange of information and services
    between military and law enforcement "when necessary" to protect

    Craig T. Trebilcock, U.S. Army Reserve, penned a paper titled, 'The
    Myth of Posse Comitatus', in October 2000, where he said: "Is
    the Posse Comitatus Act totally without meaning today? No, it remains

    local level in response to what is purely a civilian law enforcement
    matter."

    Did you forget New Orleans and WACO, Major Trebilcock? His paper was
    a justification for use of military within the states of the Union for
    "domestic terrorism."

    is far too easy for these types of laws to end up being used against
    the civilian population as evidenced by the rise of Adolph Hitler.

  - "You were expected to take [a] `just follow orders and obey the [department administration attitude], no matter what, regardless if it was constitutional or not. The amount of force used during arrests went through the roof."
  - "Urban Shield": A SWAT operator at UC-Berkeley play-acts in a training simulation involving a stand-off with armed, militant animal rights activists. Yeah, that's a plausible scenario.
  - This militarized mindset -- the notion that the job of police was to compel "civilians" to submit to state authority -- had a tangible impact in terms of the promiscuous use of the "non-lethal" Taser weapon.
  - "When I first started we had a couple M26 Tasers of we needed them, but most people either left them at the PD or in their patrol cars," Bill relates. They were useful in a handful of instances involving armed, deranged people, and when used in those circumstances "they do save lives."
  - However, once the Taser was in use, police started to use them as instruments of "pain compliance": "Anytime anyone did anything was was not compliant, out came the Taser."
  - "The tactics the SWAT team was using were also becoming more like the military," Bill laments.
  - "We even got a military Humvee. We were now wearing BDUs and carrying fully automatic machine guns and wearing the same body armor as soldiers were in Iraq.
  - All of our 870 Remington shotguns were removed from the patrol cars and replaced with full-automatic H&K-made G36 machine guns -- to the protest of all the patrol officers, mind you.
  - If anyone spoke out they were `dealt with.'
  - In the course of 3 years they went through over 50 patrol officers. And this is a department with only about 47 officers total."
  - Once the exception, now the rule: SWAT paramilitaries put on a demonstration for teenagers attending a "Citizen Police Academy."
  - While military hardware was being forced on recalcitrant officers, those willing to carry out their assigned roles were being used to disarm civilians as the opportunity presented itself:
  - "People were having their weapons confiscated for `safe keeping' during traffic stops. [My home state] is a rural state that relies heavily on hunting for income.
  - Everyone has a gun here. Even my 88-year-old grandma carries one in her purse (yes, she has a CC permit).
  - So to take someone's guns you had better have a damn good reason, not just because they have a gun in their car and it's after 9 PM."

  - The process Bill describes is a peculiar type of alembic, distilling the worst elements from a recruiting pool to serve in local police forces.
  - Rather than retaining people of character and principle, the process selects for the officious, the self-satisfied, the opportunistic, and especially for those fixated on power.
  - Martin, who likewise shared his experience in reaction to the Lew Rockwell podcast, is a former Marine.
  - As he was processed out of the Corps he was pitched by a recruiter the LAPD.
  - Although he had no interest in the job, he was interested -- and more than a bit alarmed -- by what he learned about the ease with which former military personnel can become "civilian" police, and the eagerness of the LAPD to absorb military veterans into its ranks.
  - Recruiters "told us how they'd worked with command elements so that a Marine couldgo through LAPD academy while still in the service -- meaning a seamless transition to police work from military life," Martin reports.
  - Probably the "scariest" element of military recruitment, Martin says, is that "for basic officer positions a series of mental testing and psychological testing was not necessary.
  - It is feasible for a Marine to get back to the states from a deployment to Iraq, get out of the military, and then start patrolling the streets of LA in a matter of a few months."
  - "Police work is the easiest and most lucrative thing for a former Marine or military person to transfer to, especially us infantry kids who received no real job training while in the military," Martin concludes.
  - "To us police work is the closest civilian equivalent of the patrolling that we did in Iraq.
  - I think it is safe to assume that the more `grunts' we make and give combat experience the more militarized our police departments will become."
  - Running through this entire story we can find a microscopically thin thread of hope in the reluctance of at least some military and police personnel to serve the Regime's apparatus of repression.
  - But the generational trends Bill describes will only grow worse as a law enforcement assimilates veterans of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have on the mindset of tomorrow's police recruits.
  - In his fascinating Iraq war account Generation Kill, Evan Wright describes his experiences as a reported embedded in one of the first Marine units to invade Iraq in 2003.
  - One lieutenant, describing the "Gen X" and "Gen Y" youngsters fighting in Iraq, observed that during World War II, when the Marines hit the beaches in the Pacific campaign, “a surprisingly high percentage of them didn't fire their weapons, even when faced with direct enemy contact.Not these guys. Did you see what they did to that town? They f*****g destroyed it. These guys have no problem with killing."
  - No problem with killing.
  - Our sin nature notwithstanding, any typical human being has exceptionally strong inhibitions where taking another life is concerned.
  - This internal restraint can be subverted by a process of self-seduction in the service of some illicit design; it can be undermined by severe emotional or psychological trauma.
  - For those in the military, it is nullified through patient, deliberate indoctrination -- and even then, the psychological impediment to homicide still re-asserts itself for many in the military.
  - But "Generation Kill" includes more than a few young men produced by a deeply nihilistic popular culture who have exceptionally few compunctions about killing. When they are recruited into law enforcement, they will retain both the mindset and muscle-memory of trained, remorseless killers.

    System is actually positioning itself as the savior, rather than the
    culprit, in this mess!
  - * The Treasury Secretary is authorized to purchase up
    to $700 billion in mortgage-related assets at any one time. That
    means $700 billion is only the very beginning of what will hit us.
  - * Financial institutions are "designated as financial
    agents of the Government." This is the New Deal to end all New
    Deals.
  - * Then there's this: "Decisions by the Secretary
    pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed
    to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law
    or any administrative agency." Translation: the Secretary can
    buy up whatever junk debt he wants to, burden the American people
    with it, and be subject to no one in the process.

    150 billion dollars to the bailout bill which included a lot of pork.

    Although I don’t believe unorganized public acts of rebellion has much of a significant impact, and are more an expression of rage and frustration rather than a well-planned strategic action, these politicians did have it coming.
    
    But sadly, I don’t think they really have learned anything from this (other than to make sure all of their possessions accessible to the public is fully insured against vandalism).

    The graffiti in Missouri looks like a ‘copycat’ job to what was done in Minnesota. The Missouri graffiti was probably done by Carnahan’s own staff to evoke ‘pity’. It doesn’t appear to be as widespread as the graffiti in Minnesota. The graffiti in Minnesota targeted multiple politicians and was painted in multiple places, not just on a car.
    
    Graffiti is just a waste of time though, and only serves as a way for someone to end up in jail for vandalism and gives the corporate media an opportunity to demonize good citizens who are genuinely concerned about the direction in which our country is going.
    
    I fully support civil disobedience, but there has to be another way to leave a bigger impact, like a general srike, etc.
    
    “We The People” will prevail and we will hold the traitors to the U.S. Constitution accountable for their treasonous deeds!

  - Texas State Senator, Dan Patrick, was on FoxNews this morning at 8:45am. He said he had some “breaking news to share”. Boy was it!!!
  - The Texas State Legislature had been trying very hard to get the Obama Administration to respond to a critical situation on the Texas Border.
  - The Administration had not gotten back with Texas as of last night. So the State of Texas told Washington D.C. basically they could go jump, and “we’ll take care of Texas!”.
  - This is the first time in history!
  - As of last night… the Texas National Guard has been put on High Alert!!!
  - Texas tried, desperately to get Washington’s approval… but when they could not get it… they acted on their own.
  - Which I say…. it’s about damn time!!!
  - I personally applaud the guts it took to defy the Fed’s and act in our best interest! In case you are unaware of what the problems are …. Sen. Dan Patrick spelled it out nicely!
  - 1) 100’s of PRO-DRUG CARTEL Mexicans were blocking the entrance to the United States, yesterday and today, banging cars, shouting and holding signs. 10 people were killed Wed. and 12 more yesterday at the border (5 of which were children!!!)
  - 2) They aren’t sure … but they think the Drug Cartel is paying the demonstrators to do what they’re doing.
  - 3) This will spill over into the States! Mr. Patrick, and the other State officials,. are convinced that road-side bombs and car bombs will make it across the border and WILL NOT allow that to happen!!
  - 4) Mexico is breaking out in Civil War in the western part of the border and they expect it to spread the entire border with no end in sight.
  - 5) The National Guard will be activated as the scenario worsens and is on Alert now and will remain so until (and IF) Washington does something to end the danger on the border (Yeah… like that’s gonna happen!).
  - FoxNews has yet to put this on their website which absolutely ticks me off!!!! I will post it IF they get the stones to do what’s right!
  - For now… here’s a link that will take you to a story on Feb. 12th that will help explain a lot.
  - Let’s pray it doesn’t come to this…. but in reality… Texas could be in a Civil War (actually it would be an international incident) with Mexico very soon if this isn’t quelled.
  - Just so you folks know…. the four Militia Groups that are here in Texas will be put on alert this evening. This has gotten REAL, REALLY FAST!
