  - British police fear Madeleine McCann was snatched by a Belgian paedophile ring.
  - She was stolen to order after a ’spotter’ saw her on holiday in Portugal and sent her photograph to the gang’s leaders.
  - The revelation came as a second woman claimed to have seen the missing girl in neighbouring Holland.
  - The possible link to Belgium – the scene of several notorious child sex cases – was mentioned in a confidential email sent by the Metropolitan Police intelligence unit.
  - The message, passed to Portuguese police and contained in their newly-released files, said: ‘Intelligence suggests that a paedophile ring in Belgium made an order for a young girl three days before Madeleine McCann was taken.
  - ‘Somebody connected to this group saw Madeleine and took a photograph of her. The purchaser agreed that the girl was suitable and Madeleine was taken.’
  - The dramatic development, and the horrific picture it draws, will bring fresh agony to Madeleine’s parents Kate and Gerry McCann.
  - It would fit with two claimed sightings of their daughter across the border in the Netherlands, where Belgian paedophiles could hide their victims.
  - Earlier this week it was revealed that Amsterdam shop worker Anna Stam told police within days of Madeleine’s diappearance in May last year that she thought she had seen her.
  - Yesterday Hannie Wiechmann, 71, said she saw a girl resembling Madeleine in the Dutch capital at around the same time.
  - The report was passed to Portgual, but never followed up.
  - She said the child’s hair had been badly cut and partially dyed red. She was with a woman who was pacing up and down beside a canal.
  - Mrs Wiechmann said: ‘Those eyes, her badly-cut fringe with this red painted lock of hair. I just knew it was her.’
  - She told the Dutch newspaper Metro that she spotted the child twice near the city’s famous Rijksmuseum.
  - Mrs Wiechmann said the woman, who was aged 30 to 35, was speaking English to her.
    
    She added: ‘You could see by the way she handled the kid she wasn’t used to children.’
  - She was so convinced the girl was Madeleine that she called police from her mobile phone, then followed the pair as they walked towards the Rijksmuseum.
  - But when police arrived and spoke briefly to the brown haired woman, they accepted her account that she was a tourist who was baby-sitting the child.
  - Mrs Wiechmann said they dismissed her suspicions without even taking her details or talking to the girl.
  - But she was so convinced the girl was Madeleine that she called British police, who took details but did not contact her again.
  - Mrs Wiechmann said that a week later she saw the pair again in a park, and the little girl came over to pat her dog.
    
    She said: ‘She came right to me to pat the dog. Then I let her go. Stupid, but…. I let her walk away.
  - ‘It would have been better if I had taken her home and reported it to all the international criminal investigators. Such a beautiful girl.’
  - The McCanns’ private detectives have considered the theory that Madeleine was given to a ‘carer’ who would have disguised her appearance and kept her in a safe house.
  - Mrs Wiechmann’s account came just a day after the Portuguese police files revealed Miss Stam’s description of a young girl with an adult couple and two other children.
  - Miss Stam, 41, said the girl called herself Maddie and said of the woman with her: ‘She took me from my Mummy….They took me from my holiday.’
  - A Dutch police report was sent to Portuguese police but it is not clear what action, if any, they took.
  - Miss Stam said: ‘I think it’s stupid because maybe they could have done something more at that time and maybe now it’s too late to find any clue. So I think it’s very neglectful by the police.’
  - Family spokesman Clarence Mitchell said the McCann’s private detectives would interview both women ‘as a priority’.
    
    Dutch and Portuguese police refused to comment.
  - The huge case files also revealed that Portuguese police asked the FBI to compare a DNA sample from Madeleine with the body of a child washed ashore in Galveston, Texas, last November. But it was not a match.
  - In the UK, a former detective accused the Portuguese of ‘giving up’.
  - Child protection expert Mark Williams-Thomas said: ‘The file should have been made available to another law enforcement agency from another country before it was made public.
  - ‘There is information there which should not have been put in the public domain and should have been followed up. It is a huge blunder to make it public.
  - ‘They have given up. The police are absolving themselves of responsibility.’
  - Police suspected Robert Murat because of his ‘constant questions’ about MadeleineMcCann’s disappearance, according to the case files.
  - On May 11 – three days before the British expat was named as the first formal suspect – an officer said he had noticed his questions and suggestions and added: ‘He aroused my suspicions.’
  - Mr Murat, now 34, was formally cleared as an arguido, official suspect, last month, when Portugal’s attorney-general said there was no evidence he had committed any crime.
  - We already know that pedophile rings in Belgium and Portugal involve the highest levels of the government. There is also the suspicion that the Portuguese police have been involved in protecting these rings.
  - I am not saying that the McCanns are innocent either. So far, there has been no compelling proof either way.
  - The big question is why would governments collude to make a huge stinking mess of this investigation and why are so many top-level people involved with the McCanns?

    he said it would be a good idea.
  - But that oft-cited quote, is misleading,
    assuming as it does that civilization is an unmitigated blessing.
  - Civilized people, we are told, live peacefully and cooperatively
    with their fellows, sharing the necessary labour in order to obtain the
    leisure to develop arts and sciences.
  - And while that would be a good
    idea, it is not a good description of what has been going on in the so-called
    advanced cultures during the past 8,000 years.
  - Civilization, as we know it, is largely the creation
    of psychopaths.
  - All civilizations, our own included, have been based on
    slavery and "warfare." Incidentally, the latter term is a euphemism
    for mass murder.
  - The prevailing recipe for civilization is simple:
    
    1) Use lies and brainwashing to create an army of controlled,
    systematic mass murderers;
    
    2) Use that army to enslave large numbers of people (i.e.
    seize control of their labour power and its fruits);
    
    3) Use that slave labour power to improve the brainwashing
    process (by using the economic surplus to employ scribes, priests, and
    PR men). Then go back to step one and repeat the process.
  - Psychopaths have played a disproportionate role in the
    development of civilization, because they are hard-wired to lie, kill,
    injure, and generally inflict great suffering on other humans without
    feeling any remorse.
  - The inventor of civilization - the first tribal chieftain
    who successfully brainwashed an army of controlled mass murderers- was
    almost certainly a genetic psychopath.
  - Since that momentous discovery,
    psychopaths have enjoyed a significant advantage over non- psychopaths
    in the struggle for power in civilizational hierarchies - especially military
    hierarchies.
  - The 5% or so of human males who feel no remorse about killing
    their fellow human beings make the best soldiers.
  - Military institutions are tailor-made for psychopathic
    killers.
  - unless they are
    brainwashed with highly sophisticated modern techniques that turn them
    (temporarily it is hoped) into functional psychopaths.
  - And the 95% who are
    extremely reluctant to kill make terrible soldiers -
  - In On Killing, Lt. Col. Dave Grossman has re-written
    military history, to highlight what other histories hide: The fact that
    military science is less about strategy and technology, than about overcoming
    the instinctive human reluctance to kill members of our own species.
  - The
    true "Revolution in Military Affairs" was not Donald Rumsfeld's
    move to high-tech in 2001, but Brigadier Gen. S.L.A. Marshall's discovery
    in the 1940s that only 15-20% of World War II soldiers along the line
    of fire would use their weapons:
  - "Those (80-85%) who did not fire
    did not run or hide (in many cases they were willing to risk great danger
    to rescue comrades, get ammunition, or run messages), but they simply
    would not fire their weapons at the enemy, even when faced with repeated
    waves of banzai charges" (Grossman, p. 4).
  - Marshall's discovery and subsequent research, proved
    that in all previous wars, a tiny minority of soldiers - the 5% who are
    natural- born psychopaths, and perhaps a few temporarily-insane imitators-did
    almost all the killing.
  - Normal men just went through the motions and,
    if at all possible, refused to take the life of an enemy soldier, even
    if that meant giving up their own.
  - The implication: Wars are ritualized
    mass murders by psychopaths of non-psychopaths. (This cannot be good for
    humanity's genetic endowment!)
  - In the past, everyone believed that the soldier willing to kill
    for his country was the (heroic) norm, while one who refused to fight
    was a (cowardly) aberration.
  - Marshall's work, brought a Copernican revolution to military
    science.
  - The truth, as it turned out, was that the
    normative soldier hailed from the psychopathic five percent. The sane
    majority, would rather die than fight.
  - The implication, too frightening for even the likes of
    Marshall and Grossman to fully digest, was that the norms for soldiers'
    behaviour in battle had been set by psychopaths.
  - That meant that psychopaths
    were in control of the military as an institution. Worse, it meant that
    psychopaths were in control of society's perception of military affairs.
  - Evidently, psychopaths exercised an enormous amount of power in seemingly
    sane, normal society.
  - How could that be? In Political Ponerology, Andrzej Lobaczewski
    explains that clinical psychopaths enjoy advantages even in non- violent
    competitions to climb the ranks of social hierarchies.
  - Because they can
    lie without remorse (and without the telltale physiological stress that
    is measured by lie detector tests) psychopaths can always say whatever
    is necessary to get what they want.
  - In court, for example, psychopaths
    can tell extreme bald-faced lies in a plausible manner, while their sane
    opponents are handicapped by an emotional predisposition to remain within
    hailing distance of the truth.
  - Too often, the judge or jury imagines that
    the truth must be somewhere in the middle, and then issues decisions that
    benefit the psychopath.
  - As with judges and juries, so too with those
    charged with decisions concerning who to promote and who not to promote
    in corporate, military and governmental hierarchies. The result is that
    all hierarchies inevitably become top-heavy with psychopaths.
  - So-called conspiracy theorists, some of whom deserve
    the pejorative connotation of that much-abused term, often imagine that
    secret societies of Jews, Jesuits, bankers, communists, Bilderbergers,
    Muslim extremists, papists, and so on, are secretly controlling history,
    doing dastardly deeds, and/or threatening to take over the world.
  - As a
    leading "conspiracy theorist" according to Wikipedia, I feel
    eminently qualified to offer an alternative conspiracy theory which, like
    the alternative conspiracy theory of 9/11, is both simpler and more accurate
    than the prevailing wisdom:
  - The only conspiracy that matters is the conspiracy
    of the psychopaths against the rest of us.
  - Behind the apparent insanity of contemporary history,

  - A former government biological weapons legislator appeared on the nationally syndicated Alex Jones show yesterday to discuss his detailed knowledge of the cover up of the 2001 anthrax attacks,
  - which he is adamant were perpetrated by criminal elements of the US government in an attempt to foment a police state by killing off opposition to hardline post 9/11 legislation.
  - Dr Franics A. Boyle literally helped write the law with regards to terrorism, as he was responsible for drafting the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 that was passed unanimously by both Houses of Congress and signed into law by President Bush Snr.
  - He holds a Doctor of Law Magna Cum Laude as well as a Ph.D. in Political Science, both from Harvard University. He has also served on the Board of Directors of Amnesty International (1988-1992), and represented Bosnia- Herzegovina at the World Court.
  - Professor Boyle teaches international law at the University of Illinois, Champaign.
  - In light of the latest developments with the FBI Anthrax investigation, the professor joined Alex Jones on air to re-cap the story that made waves in late 2006.
  - In October 2001 when the anthrax attacks took place and it was revealed that the spores were super weapons grade anthrax at one trillion spores per gram created with special electro-static treatment,
  - Dr Boyle says it became obvious to him that there was nowhere it could have come from other than a government lab.
  - Dr Boyle proceeded to call a very high level official in the FBI who deals with terrorism and counter-terrorism, Spike Bowman, whom he had met at a terrorism conference at the University of Michigan Law School.
  - Dr Boyle went through all the names, the contractors and the labs for Anthrax work with the FBI’s Bowman.
  - Bowman then informed Dr Boyle that the FBI was working with bio-lab Fort Detrick on the matter, to which he responded that Fort Detrick could really be the main problem.
  - “I told Mr Bowman in October of 2001 that the only people that had the capability to do this would be those individuals working at either United States Government labs, or private contractors and things of this nature, and it obviously seemed to me that this was U.S. government related.” the University of Illinois Professor told listeners.
  - This was later widely reported in 2002 in publications such as the New Scientist.
  - It was documented at the time that the anthrax strain used was military grade.
  - “At that point I assumed good faith on the part of the FBI in this investigation because it had killed several people, it had shut down the United States Congress, which I think was probably the greatest political crime ever inflicted on our Republic in its history.
  - But then I read that the FBI had authorized the destruction of the U.S. government’s Ames strain collection.” Boyle continued.
  - The destruction of the anthrax culture collection at Ames, IA., from which the Ft. Detrick lab got its pathogens for U.S. biowarfare programs, was blatant destruction of evidence as it meant that there was no way of finding out which strain was sent to who to develop the larger breed of anthrax used in the attacks.
  - The trail of genetic evidence would have led directly back to a secret but officially-sponsored US government biowarfare program that was illegal and criminal.
  - “I knew a cover up was underway because legitimate scientific researchers could have taken that collection and used it to genetically re-construct precisely where and when and how the weapon came from.
  - This was clearly a federal crime in its own right.” Boyle stated.
  - The Professor explained that the motive behind the
    
    attacks was clear:
    
    "I believe the first anthrax attack was designed
    
    to ram through the PATRIOT ACT because Senators Daschle and Leahy
    
    were holding it up and once the anthrax occurred it rammed right
    
    through,
  - indeed, on the renewal of the USA PATRIOT ACT, Senator
    
    Feingold was holding it up and all of sudden out of nowhere some
    
    white powdered substance appeared at one of the Senate office
    
    buildings, and all of a sudden the renewal of the PATRIOT ACT
    
    went through."
  - The evidence becomes more compelling when you take
    
    into consideration the fact that the White House
    
    was on anthrax fighting antibiotics weeks prior to the attacks.
  - The professor stressed that a criminal cover up
    
    took place and that it is ongoing:
  - "They are still doing it today, if you read
    
    the investigation, the press conference they heard the other day,
    
    it does not add up, if you read the article in today’s New York
    
    Times it does not add up,
  - it appears that the FBI set the investigation
    
    up by scientists in such a way that no one knew exactly what they
    
    were doing, they could not communicate with anyone else and only
    
    communicated with and took samples from the FBI."

    super weapons grade anthrax that is under the control of the original
    
    perpetrators of the anthrax attacks of October 2001 and that stock
    
    pile can and will be used again when their masters decide it would
    
    be politically convenient to scare and terrorize the American

    Congress, the Judiciary, the media." The professor warned.
  - "I think what we need to do now is insist upon a full scale
    
    Congressional investigation, not some type of presidential commission

    that Dr Ivins, the man the FBI named as the leading suspect in
