The NBEA and the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction have been working together to determine how LoTi can best be utilized throughout North Carolina. Access to the LoTi Lounge including the online DETAILS for the 21st Century Questionnaire (previously known as the LoTi Questionnaire), individual questionnaire results profiling personalized professional development needs based on five empirically-validated skill sets, and an extensive database of resources catalogued by grade level and subject area are available at no cost to educators in the State of North Carolina. This donation continues the process of schools in North Carolina evaluating their instructional uses of technology for the purposes of improving student achievement tied to the initiatives set forth by the Partnership for 21st Century Skills. The links above include instructions for getting started with LoTi and viewing LoTi results for North Carolina educators.

This categorized and ordered thinking skills and objectives. His taxonomy follows the thinking process. You can not understand a concept if you do not first remember it, similarly you can not apply knowledge and concepts if you do not understand them. It is a continuum from Lower Order Thinking Skills (LOTS) to Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Bloom labels each category with a gerund.
