From the site: "The Open University and Carnegie Mellon University are working on a proposal to develop infrastructure, community and activity to help share research findings on the design and use of OERs. This outline proposal describes the network element of the proposal. We are also planing to add in a strong link with Teacher Education in Sub-Saharan Africa (TESSA)"
This is the physics version of JIME (Journal of Interractive Media). Both are web 20 versions of the research journal concept. Both provide access to experts as well as the novice.
