Recently, telecentre.org launched the 'Mission to Movement', a coffee table book to depict the work of Grameen Gyan Abhiyan (ealier known as Mission 2007) in India. The book has 4Ms, namely, Mission 2007: Concept and formula, Multi-stakeholders approach, M S Swaminathan and Mission to Movement. The following is a study of three organizational models for new interactive, multi-media classrooms for a global energy company. These classrooms will be deployed in multiple to form a Houston based Learning Center with additional support spaces and amenities. Classroom and conference facilities of this type are an increasingly common requirement for most research and technology based corporations. They not only enhance communication and collaboration between the diverse expertise of their employees and clients, but also serve as a recruiting tool for highly competitive prospective candidates for employment.

When the 3rd Knowledge Exchange Conference involving various sectors and areas involved in CeC operations ended in 2006, a network named PhilCeCNet was born. It sprang from a desire to harmonize the efforts of various CeC initiatives, to share knowledge and experiences, and to achieve a commonality of direction and operations for maximum impact.
PhilCeCNet, short for Philippine Community eCenter Network, is a multi-sectoral partner of the Commission on Information and Communications Technology (CICT) in the implementation of the Philippine CeC Program.
It is a learning and collaborative community of CeC stakeholders contributing to the achievement of the Philippine CeC Program vision and delivery of its mission, thereby ensuring responsive, efficient, valuable and sustainable CeCs.
