In the first half, former police officer specializing in accident investigation, James Sanders (book link), discussed his investigation into the downing of TWA Flight 800, and his journey looking for the truth behind what happened. He was married to a TWA flight attendant when the plane went down in 1996. He initially resisted getting involved, but began to suspect that a cover-up was taking place. Later, he and his wife were indicted for the crime of receiving residue from the accident and having it tested. He found out that the residue was the result of intense heat both outside and inside the fuselage, when an explosive force came through.

On the evening of July 17, 1996 the Navy was conducting a large military exercise in the area near Flight 800, and 26 seconds before the plane was hit, FAA radar picked up a missile launch, which Sanders assumes was part of the Navy exercise. Then, Navy radar tracked the missile as it approached the right side of the 747, and two key witnesses watching TWA 800 from the ground, observed a missile approach its right side and explode where the leading edge of the right wing meets the fuselage, he recounted. Further, there was a second missile that blew the nose off the plane, he said. Sanders speculated that the cover-up was the product of a series of political decisions, particularly, that if the truth about the incident got out, it could hurt Clinton's re-election prospects later that year. "It is my belief that Flight 800 was the catalyst for everything they've covered up since then," he added."

Our Friend and Hero, Aaron Russo Has Passed

"Journalist and author Jim Marrs discussed his investigations into secret societies, Knights Templar and Solomon's treasure. He traced the path of the treasure, which may have contained ancient knowledge from Mesopotamia: It was taken when Moses brought the Israelites out of Egypt, and then buried in the catacombs under Solomon's Temple when the Romans sacked Jerusalem. Eventually, the Knights Templar excavated at the old temple and brought the treasure back to Southern France. Interestingly, Marrs reported that Nazi convoys may have hauled the treasure from France to Germany in 1944, giving the Nazis access to ancient technology secrets that put them on the verge of manipulating energy and building flying saucers and rockets.

The goal of secret societies is to institute a one-world government, said Marrs. While he may agree philosophically, he opposes their methods of conniving to establish this through secrecy and deceit rather than through an open voting process.

He also spoke about his involvement in a pilot TV series for the Discovery Channel, called X-Ops. The first show gathered strikingly anomalous footage related to an "alien ghost" in Roswell, but the network shelved its airing and the series itself. He invited people to phone the general office of Discovery (1-240-662-2000) to voice their response to the cancellation.Marrs' next book, The Terror Conspiracy, coming out in September, will deal with deceptions related to 9-11.

9-11 Pentagon Footage

Security camera footage recorded at the time of the 9-11 Pentagon attack was released today by the Department of Justice after a Freedom of Information Act request was made by Judicial Watch. The video, composed of still frames from two different angles, can be viewed at Judicial Watch.

During the first hour, three guests shared their reactions to the 9-11 Pentagon tape. Chris Farrell of Judicial Watch, said his organization had been hoping for clearer, more definitive imagery, which the Pentagon's parking lot cameras weren't designed to capture. Dave vonKleist, the producer of 911 In Plane Site, commented that the new video doesn't show a 757 and he questioned why the released footage was so low grade when the Pentagon likely has many higher quality video cameras installed on their premises.

Filmmaker Alex Jones said he believes they will release clearer videos within six months to a year, and that the latest footage is designed to heighten the debate and deflect attention away from smoking guns pointing at secret Black Ops involvement. Jones and Paul Joseph Watson offer further analysis in two different articles, Pentagon Video is Giant Psy-Op and Assault On 9/11 Truth Movement."

Further, the adhesive qualities of a gecko's feet have been replicated synthetically and used in such vehicles as the Mars Rovers, he shared. He also discussed the progression of flying car technology and the development of a small hovercraft known as the Airboard."

When you see "ECF" on a federal court document, that means that it's a case designated for all filings to be made electronically, so "ECF" as in "Electronic Case Filing"

Proper cited, the case's title would be "Reynolds, ex rel U.S. v.
Science Applications International Corp."

The "ex rel U.S." tells us that the plaintiff (actually, the wrong
title; he's a "Relator") is suing on behalf of the federal government,
which means that it's a qui tam action. Most likely, it's a lawsuit
brought under the federal False Claims Act. SAIC has lost money in
such cases many times.

Caught this broadcast pn Coast to Coast.  Incredible interview with John Lear covering his 911 investigation, extra terrestials,  and some very strange stuff about the moon and NASA.  Need to look up the impact of Van Alen Belt radiation on humans :)  911 stuff is tunning.  This link contains the entire broadcast.

Incredible.  In 2006 Lloyd's of London sued a group comprised of Citigroup, AMEC and GMAC for a "concealed demolition" conspiracy resulting in insurance fraud.  This is complicated, but the key assertion is that World Trade Center building #1, #2, and #7 were rigged for demolition prior to the 9/11/01 attack.  The claim also alleges the involvement of Larry Silverstein, who had purchased these buildings a few months prior to the 9/11 attack, and made the subsequent and fraudulent insurance claim.

I discussed the Craig B Hulet CofC interview with Olivia, where i first learned of the Lloyd's of London Saudi law suit. Research pulled this amazinly Lloyd's law suit alleging controlled demolition for all three WTC buildings! Olivia suggested though that the 1992 Blind Sheik attempt to topple the WTC #1 was based on the domino theory: by stratgically collapsing building #1 on one side, at the basement parking garage level, they could topple the building and set off a domino reaction causing #2 to fall, causing building after building to fall.

So Olivia asked the question; is it possible that the controlled demolition was installed to prevent a domino collapse?

Sounds reasonable, but this 2006 Lloyd's of London law suit suggest that the demolition explosives were placed for the purposes of destroying evidence! Building #7 housed the sEC, which had evidence of Citigroup and GMAC criminal investment involving both WorldCom and Enron. recall the frantic calls to Bush to stop the SEC from taking down Enron in October of 2001, a month after 911.

United Airlines Flight 175 hits the World Trade Center's south tower
Just two weeks before the 9/11 hijackers slammed into the Pentagon and World Trade Center, members of a Saudi family abruptly left their luxury home near Sarasota, leaving a brand new car in the driveway, a refrigerator full of food, fruit on the counter — and an open safe in the master bedroom.

In the weeks to follow, law enforcement agents not only discovered the home was visited by vehicles used by the hijackers, but phone calls were linked between the home and those who carried out the death flights — including leader Mohamed Atta — in discoveries never before revealed to the public.

Ten years after the deadliest attack of terrorism on U.S. soil, new information has emerged that shows the FBI found troubling ties between the hijackers and residents in the upscale community in southwest Florida, but the investigation wasn’t reported to Congress or mentioned in the 9/11 Commission Report.

Former U.S. Sen. Bob Graham, the Florida Democrat who cochaired the bipartisan congressional Joint Inquiry into the attacks, said he should have been told about the findings, saying it “opens the door to a new chapter of investigation as to the depth of the Saudi role in 9/11. … No information relative to the named people in Sarasota was disclosed.”

Former Democratic Senator Bob Graham on Monday called on the U.S. government to reopen its investigation into 9/11 after a report found that links between Saudi Arabia and the hijackers were never disclosed by the FBI to the 2002 joint Congressional intelligence committee investigating the attacks.

“In the final report of the congressional inquiry, there was a chapter related primarily to the Saudi role in 9/11 that was totally censored, every word of the chapter has been withheld from the public,” Graham said on MSNBC’s The Dylan Ratigan Show.

“Some of the other questions we ought to be asking are if we know that the Saudis who lived in San Diego and now apparently in Sarasota received substantial assistance, what about the Saudis who lived in Phoenix, Arizona? Or Arlington, Virginia? … What was happening in those places?”

“I believe these are questions for which there are definitive answers, but the American people and largely their elected representatives have been denied that information.”

I caught the Coast-to-Coast interview with Marshal Klarfeld.  Marshal explained the Eagle plan, which was first developed in 1967 as a method of negotiating a peace plan for Vietnam.  He has updated the plan Afghanistan.  Very interesting proposal.  And no doubt Marshal is a great thinker and historian.
