In order to get inspired on colors and color-oriented design resources, there are several popular websites that are focused totally on colors, like Kuler from Adobe and Colrd .
KULER is a color community website created by Adobe. There are 1000′s of color sets created by users which you can inspire & useWith an easy to use interface, kuler users can create their own color sets & share them with the community. Plus, most popular, newest and highest rated color sets have RSS feeds that help users discover new colors everyday.Website: http://kuler.adobe.com/
I'm a fan of Kuler and ColorSchemer Studio.
However, Kuler and many others (like ColorSchemeDesigner) are focused more on color palettes (which is great).
It is a very simple app. but this is what makes it useful for not getting a palette but getting a consistent curve for all colors used.
Colrd is another one where you can find high quality color palettes, gradients or patterns and also share your creativity with others.
