Now a campaign is being supported by a grandfather who lost both his parents to cancer to raise further awareness of the disease. -

A GRANDFATHER who lost both his parents to cancer hopes to save lives by raising awareness of the disease.
Mike Harling, of Worcester Close, Bury, saw both his parents battle against different forms of cancer.
His father Jack underwent surgery for bowel cancer but died in 1982 at the age of 63. Twenty years later, his mother Mona, aged 81, died just five days after being diagnosed with breast cancer.
