    • From  my experience,  your natural experience is  already unconditional peace, bliss and love.  But because of your  identification with your mind, you cannot experience it.  You have  separated yourself from it.
      • today i was thinking about how to stay 'straight' alingned in the moment in order to steer a better course and it occured to me that this might allow me to experience my natural state of peace - acceptance is one of the steps

    • If  you look at what is here beyond the thinking, you will find that  there is a feeling that you exist in this present moment.  And you  are aware that you exist.   In fact, existance at this level and awareness are the same thing, you cannot separate the two.
