Laura SummersFirst Monday is an online, peer-reviewed journal about the Internet. For example, the past three issues have been about podcasts, WebWise 2.0: The Power of Community, and MySpace. The journal doesn’t state who the primary audience is. However, from looking at several of the articles, it is clear that the focus is research based. This is also evident from the peer-review process articles must undergo prior to publication. These are not “easy read” articles. This journal has an international scope.
