HOSPITAL bosses yesterday refuted claims that they overlooked equal opportunities polices in order to promote senior members of staff.
Former director of nursing Sarina Saiger has accused the North Cumbria University Hospitals NHS Trust of racial discrimination, victimisation, harassment and unfair dismissal.
