# Locate the numbers right under the barcode and type them into the barcode number box.(Make sure to include any numbers to the right or left of the bar code itself, even if they don't line up with the main row of numbers.)
# Choose a store from one of the choices in the "Store" dropdown. If you don't see the store you need check the FAQ first, then email me to add it.
# When you have finished filling out the boxes, click the "Create your card" button.
