  • ２時間くらいかかる。
  • 当時東京にあったマリークロードというレストランのシェフの長尾和子さんという方のもので、それを簡易化しました。
  • おいしさの秘訣は
    １．赤ワイン
    ２．隠し味のカラメル（砂糖を焦がして作る。甘くならずに深みが出る）
  • オリジナルのレシピでは、煮くずれない野菜（大根、人参、セロリ）を先に投入、トマトジュース＋トマトペーストを入れて煮込んで、野菜が柔らかくなってから、残りの野菜を投入、となっている
