Here are some of the elements I’ve included in my SMR that wouldn’t “fit” into a the traditional resume:

* A pointer to my LinkedIn profile
* A headshot of me
* An embedded episode of my New Comm Road podcast
* A link to my shared items in Google Reader
* Links to my Flickr photos, Twitter messages, and Facebook profile -
