To use the bookmarklet:
1. Browse around to some web page.
2. Highlight/select some portion of text (as if you were going to copy it)
3. Invoke the TwitSnip bookmarklet by choosing it
4. Review your tweet and post it.What makes this useful is that based on what website you are quoting, it will try to figure out the @username for that site (if they have a twitter account). It will also create a short version of the URL (using TinyURL) to replace the longer link. Finally, it will use a twitabulary to try and shorten the text if needed.
