Hilarious! Hours of fun. Maybe they should use a good cop, bad cop routine: Robocop and the Terminator. No, no.... they need that plod from Withnail and I ("Get in the back of the vain!") that WOULD scare the bejesus out of people.

"Talking" CCTV cameras that tell off people dropping litter or committing anti-social behaviour are to be extended to 20 areas across England.
Critics are saying it's a bad idea and a waste of tax money, but I like it. What better way to embarrase some asshole than to call him out in public? In fact they should install camera flash lights just to show them that they've been captured on record.
