It is also available as an app. It allows the user to practice the use of Boolean search terms, narrowing their search, and other such search skills. Some of the questions require the use of other Google tools, such as Google Maps or Google Translate. If finding the answer proves to be tougher than expected, there are hints available to help the user browse. There is also a clickable links with general tips and tricks for using search engines. This includes shortcuts you can type to access information directly through Google Search, such as entering a flight number in the search bar to get instant access to flight status or entering something like 20% of 100 to get an instant calculated solution. can be embedded in your library website.
I would recommend this tool to any librarian, as well as students of any age. -
