  • He's right. Highly paid teachers refuse to do their jobs as defined by the Education Act of Ontario, including administering tests and writing report cards. Highly paid administrators figure out a response that looks like a real solution, but isn't. They're all protecting their own interests and cashing their paycheques. The only people getting hurt are the children and their parents.
