This volume contains four essays that demonstrate the application of theories on policy analysis and development in the context of vocational education and training (VET) in Queensland. The essays address four areas of strategic intent from the Queensland Skills Plan (2008).\nThese essays were prepared as the final assessment task by a group of twenty practitioners from public and private VET providers in Queensland, Australia. They studied a postgraduate unit on Policy Analysis and Development offered by the Faculty of Education, Queensland University of Technology.
