• The short answer is that Tyranny becomes Treason whenever  the actions taken, will irreversibly lead to the destruction of the nation.
• The illustration depicts what has happened to the Great  Seal of the United States; namely that we no longer recognize the olive  branch and our operating FORCES in the field around the world, consist  only of naked force.
• The background for this eagle has been darkened and  the highest point above the eagle's head has been emphasized in the Zionist's  Star of David that has been there since this "seal" was created  after we lost the right to print our own money to the Federal Reserve,  on December 23, 1913.
• Outright slavery might seem a long way off to most people,  but it is really very close to becoming the single standard among the working  people that will increase accordingly, as the evils of Tyranny continue  to expand.
• The actions recently taken by Obama in conjunction with  the UN, as described below, will-If they are not stopped-strip the constitutional  right of the people of the United States to be represented in a new and  so far secret-political framework; in which US citizens will have no voice.
• This means that the independent nation we once had is no more!
• Under the  new terms of this unofficial coup we shall be obligated to pay taxes and  tribute to the UN under penalty of The New World Order Police that will  answer only to the United Nations and to its 700 new official agencies  that will be immune to complaints from any US citizens.
• and in light of the secretive nature of this end-run around  the Constitution without a vote from the US Congress: How can this not  be a political Coup?

• This act will end any representative form of government  in the United States, but it should also reignite that battle-cry from  the Boston Tea Party:

• 'The final Copenhagen draft agreement which was hammered  out in the early hours of Friday morning includes provisions for a global  tax on financial transactions that will be paid directly to the World Bank,  as President Obama prepares to bypass Congress by approving a massive transfer  of wealth from America into globalist hands.
• As Lord Monckton, Alex Jones and others warned, the notion  that the globalists would achieve nothing at Copenhagenhas likely been  a ruse all along.

• The elite look set to ram through the lion's share of  their agenda, which would include a massive global government tax at a  cost of at least $3,000 a year for American families already laboring under  a devastating recession, double digit unemployment and a reduction in living  standards.
• Hillary Clinton arrived yesterday to rally global leaders  around a resolution and Barack Obama is set to be portrayed as the savior  of the world by rescuing what was pitched all along as a conference doomed  to fail.
• "The summit "hangs in the balance," said  Obama this morning. "We are running out of time. The time for talk  is over. It is better for us to act than to talk. The question is whether  we move forward together or split apart."
• The final agreement may not force countries to meet CO2  emission targets, but it will grease the skids for the biggest tax hike  in human history, a fact that establishment media outlets have completely  failed to emphasize.
• Monckton told the Alex Jones Show last week that the  initial secretive draft version of the Copenhagen agreement represented  a global government power grab on an "unimaginable scale,"
• and  mandated the creation of 700 new bureaucracies as well as a colossal raft  of new taxes including 2 percent levies on both GDP and every international  financial transaction.
• Monckton said that the new world government outlined  in the treaty would be handed powers to, "Tax the American economy  to the extent of 2 percent GDP, to impose a further tax of 2 percent on  every financial transaction.and to close down effectively the economies  of the west, transfer your jobs to third world countries."
• As the leak of the Danish text outlined, such taxes,  earmarked as "climate financing," will go straight into the coffers  of the IMF and the World Bank.
• These funds will be used to bankroll the  imposition of global governance that UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon promised  would be achieved at Copenhagen.
• According to the latest news out of Copenhagen, the taxes  that were included in the initial text are still in the final agreement  which is set to be passed later today or in the early hours of Saturday  morning.
• The Sydney Morning Herald reports that the final text,  "Proposes a range of innovative mechanisms for raising the money,  ranging from a tax on air and sea transports fuels to a tax on financial  transfers."
• This would form part of an initial commitment of $10  billion (US) a year from 2010 to 2012, climbing to $50 billion (US) annually  by 2015 and $100 billion (US) by 2020,
• although these figures will inevitably  increase if the UN ramps up its climate fear-mongering as it has done at  each successive climate conference since the Rio Earth Summit in 1992.
• The treaty outlines, "Penalties or fines for non-compliance,"  in developed countries and the creation of an international police force  to "enforce its will by imposing unlimited financial penalties on  any countries whose performance under this treaty they don't like,"  Monckton told the Alex Jones Show, saying that it amounted to a total global  government takeover on an "unimaginable scale".
• "We're looking at a grab for absolute power and  absolute financial control worldwide by the UN and its associated bureaucracies  and 700 new bureaucratic bodies," said Monckton,
• adding that if the  agreement was signed by Obama, the U.S. would be losing its freedom to  a "sinister dictatorship" being formed under the contrived pretext  of global warming.'
• Amerika is already becoming acclimated to accepting EXTORTION,  which is what the insurance industry here has finally turned to in order  to illegally take what they can't get any other way:
• The forced purchase  of insurance backed up by government promises of prison and heavy fines  for anyone not in compliance with their latest medical edicts.
• The title  of this reference article ought to be The Great American Extortion in Action  (1)
• The situation coming out of Copenhagen, namely the approval  of the framework for stealing US sovereignty from this nation, and pledging  ourselves as a nation to become subjects of the UN ought to have to go  before the congress of the USA, before any further actions are undertaken  anywhere.
• If Obama decides to go around the congress this time he should  be arrested and jailed until he can be impeached.
• He has already approved the North American Union, and  he's appointed a Chief of Police for the New World Order; that will investigate,  prosecute and imprison those that fail to comply with the new UN Mandates:
• but he has not yet been able to get-around the congress on this one-and  if that situation can be forced to go before this nation's congress then  there still might be a chance to stop this act of treason before it goes  any further.
• In just three days we will see the 96th anniversary of  that black day when Congress slipped the Federal Reserve past the public  and into being:
• And we should be prepared for Congress to try to shove  this new UN status framework past the pubic during the coming holiday;  just as they did back in 1913, with the criminal act of creation that brought  the Federal Reserve into existence then.
• "Since different versions had been passed by both  Houses, a Conference Committee was established which was stacked with six  Democrats and only two Republicans to insure that certain portions of the  original Bill would remain intact.
• It was hastily prepared without any  public hearings and on December 23, 1913, two days before Christmas when  many Congressmen and three particular Senators were away from Washington,  the Bill was sent to the House of Representatives where it passed 298 to  60 and [was] then sent to the Senate where it passed with a vote of 43  to 25 (with 27 absent or abstaining).
• An hour after the Senate vote, Wilson  signed the Federal Reserve Act into law and the Illuminati had taken control  of the American economy.
• The gold and silver in the nation's vaults were  now owned by the Federal Reserve.

• But when you come from a generally Victorian ideal that claimed a belief  in outrageously strict punishments for any deviation from the semi-religious  norm-there will be real problems as Amerika tries to return to a seriously  single set of laws for everyone in the country-and not simply to continue  the current two-country-system in which there are laws only for the poor  and working people, but get-out-of-jail free cards for the elites, that  is currently in-place.
• No nation can exist for long under tyranny or treason  at the very top: And this ought to be true for America as well.
• But until  people recognize that what our political class has done to us is unforgivable,  and must be dealt with: then there will be no one to stop the onslaught  of Treason's grim and deadly grip upon a silent nation that should be otherwise-if  the courage were there among the majority to change this for the future.

• OBAMA'S  DIVISIVE TALK
    NOT GOOD FOR ANYONE

• Barack Obama’s steady decline  in the polls this week may mean the American people are tired of the president’s  divisive campaign rhetoric after nearly a year into his administration.
• The Rasmussen  Report’s daily tracking poll shows 53 percent of Americans disapprove of his  performance in office.
• With an economy  shaking, unemployment rising, and two wars draining our nation’s human and financial  resources, Mr. Obama prefers to use the divisive language of the campaign trail in hopes  of gaining public and political support for economic policies rather than to provide the  leadership his supporters sorely hoped he possessed.
• He demonstrated this us-versus-them  style during his interview on CBS’s 60 Minutes this past Sunday when he used the term  "fat cats" to describe banking executives in line for rather substantial, and  contractual, year-end bonuses.
• As a victim of the tanking economy, one would think I would be the first to shake my  fist at another’s paycheck and bonus. I worked for the last ten years for a state  university system, the last two years assigned to a division that receives the bulk of its  funding from investments.
• University administrators instituted a series of reductions in  force that eliminated my position, which effectively put me on the streets at the start of  the Christmas season with salary and benefits to expire in a few weeks. Administrators  cited my salary as the reason for their decision. My experience, institutional memory, and  contributions to the university had no value to the administration.
• Ken Feinberg is the Obama Administration’s special master for executive  compensation. He distributed $200 million to Vietnam vets suffering from Agent Orange, and  most recently he administered the September 11 Victim Compensation Fund by putting a price  tag on the lives of those who died.
• "Dollars are a surrogate for worth," he told Time Magazine. "When you  start talking about dollars, what people hear is a ruling on their overall integrity and  value to society. It gets difficult."
• Indeed, especially if value to society is a key  factor in compensation calculations.
• The people who collect your trash every week don’t make enough money to take  European vacations, but their value to society rises rather rapidly when they don’t  pick up the trash for several weeks.
• Thanks  to changes in federal compensation guidelines, approved by Congress, the number of federal  employees earning more than $100,000 annually, increased from 14 percent to 19 percent  during the first 18 months of the recession, according to a USA Today study of the federal  salary data base.
• And that’s before overtime and bonuses (by the way, I’ve never  figured out why public employees get bonuses for doing the public’s work).
• And speaking of bonuses, the president forgot his Wall Street executives kept their  bonuses when they joined the administration in January.
• The Wall Street Journal reported  in March that the White House merely "encouraged" them to "review"  their compensation packages. A Citigroup executive took his bonus, but donated it to  charity and, one assumes, wrote off the contribution.
• Watching the president Sunday brought to mind Winston Churchill as he prepared his  country for the possible German invasion of the island after the fall of France.
• "The  massacre on both sides would have been grim and great," he noted in his memoirs.  "I intended to use the slogan, ‘You can always take one with you,’" he  wrote.
• He realized, though, the British people needed strong, positive rhetoric, and  leadership, and not cheap slogans and weak performances from His Majesty’s  government.
• Barack Obama is not a Winston Churchill, but current and coming battles demand more  than empty and divisive rhetoric from the chief executive.

• JERUSALEM – In her first major interview since becoming President Obama's newly appointed anti-Semitism czar last month, Hannah Rosenthal yesterday blasted the Israeli government for its criticism of a lobby group accused of anti-Israel activity.
• Rosenthal characterized as "most unfortunate" a decision by Michael Oren, Israel's ambassador to the United States, to not attend the annual dinner in September of J Street, a lobby group that is mostly led by left-leaning Israelis and that receives funds from Arab and Muslim Americans.
• In an interview yesterday from Jerusalem with Israel's Haaretz newspaper, Rosenthal said Oren "would have learned a lot" if he had participated in J Street's conference
• Rosenthal was in Israel as the Obama administration's envoy to the Foreign Ministry's Global Forum for Combating Anti-Semitism.
• "I came away realizing what a generational divide there is and I don't know how it is in Israel. Young people want to be part of the discussion, they feel they have fresh ideas and they feel that we have to end the stalemate," she said, speaking of the J Street dinner.

• Rosenthal stated it was important that new and different voices need be heard regarding Israel in the American Jewish community.
• "It is not 1939," she said. "We have the state of Israel. We have laws in countries that are holding people accountable."
• Regarding a recent U.N. report accusing Israel of war crimes during the Jewish state's defensive war in Gaza last year, Rosenthal told Haaretz, "it is not anti-Semitic to look at a certain policy of Israel and say – I disagree with it. Half of the population in Israel isn't anti-Semitic by not agreeing with policies."
• That U.N. report has been blasted as one-sided and as relying largely on Hamas information and Palestinian witnesses.
• Continued Rosenthal: "I do believe that some of the criticism against Israel is anti-Semitism but not all of it is.
• And I think that healthy democracies – and Israel is one – ha[ve] to do self reflection and the world looks at the light unto the nations and says I agree to this policy or I don't agree – that is not anti-Semitism."
• Rosenthal serves on the board of J Street, which states on its website it seeks to "promote meaningful American leadership to end the Arab-Israeli and Israeli-Palestinian conflicts peacefully and diplomatically."
• J Street supports talks with Hamas, a terrorist group whose charter seeks the destruction of Israel.
• The group opposes sanctions against Iran and is harshly critical of Israeli offensive anti-terror military actions.
• Reacting to Rosenthal's remarks yesterday, Jeffrey Goldberg at The Atlantic commented, "the Obama administration official charged with monitoring worldwide anti-Semitism makes her first target... the Israeli ambassador to the United States? I'll be taking bets now on how long Hannah Rosenthal lasts in the job."
• When its ambassador, Oren, refused to attend the annual J Street dinner, Israeli embassy spokesman Yoni Peled told the Jerusalem Post his government has some "concern over certain [J Street] policies that could impair Israel's interests."
• The Israeli government, meanwhile, has been distancing itself from J Street.
• The Powerline blog previously documented how far-leftist Israelis are influential in the J Street leadership, including former Knesset Speaker Avrum Burg, who generated controversy when he stated, "To define the state of Israel as a Jewish state is the key to its end."
• Another key J Street member, Mideast expert Henry Siegman, has compared Israel to apartheid South Africa.
• Rosenthal was anti-war activist
• WND recently reported Rosenthal was a 1960s anti-war activist and community organizer whose husband worked with the founder of a socialist party, of which, according to documentary evidence, Obama was a member.

• Hannah Rosenthal, a former Health Department regional director under the Clinton administration, started her position last month as the State Department's special envoy to monitor and combat anti-Semitism.
• She previously headed the Jewish Council for Public Affairs, an umbrella U.S. Jewish organization.
• Rosenthal was a community organizer who became involved in the anti-war and civil-rights movements in the 1960s.
• Her husband, Richard Phelps, is an executive from Wisconsin.
• In Madison, with 1.5 percent unemployment, Phelps worked with University of Wisconsin professor and socialist activist Joel Rogers to create a pilot program through the blue-ribbon Economic Summit Council to train workers and match skills with jobs.
• That same year, while running for a seat in the Illinois Senate as a Democrat, Obama actively sought and received the endorsement of the socialist New Party, according to confirmed reports during last year's presidential campaign. Rogers was founder of the New Party.
• The New Party worked alongside the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, or ACORN.
• The New Party's aim was to help elect politicians who espoused its policies.
• Among New Party members was linguist and radical activist Noam Chomsky.
• Obama's campaign last year denied the then-presidential candidate was ever an actual member of the New Party.
• But the New Zeal blog dug up print copies of the New Party News, the party's official newspaper, which show Obama posing with New Party leaders, listing him as a New Party member and printing quotes from him as a member.
• The party's spring 1996 newspaper boasted: "New Party members won three other primaries this Spring in Chicago: Barack Obama (State Senate), Michael Chandler (Democratic Party Committee) and Patricia Martin (Cook County Judiciary)."
• The paper quoted Obama saying, "These victories prove that small-'d' democracy can work."
• The newspaper lists other politicians it endorsed who were not members but specifies Obama as a New Party member.
• New Ground, the newsletter of Chicago's Democratic Socialists of America, reported in its July/August 1996 edition that Obama attended a New Party membership meeting April 11, 1996, in which he expressed his gratitude for the group's support and "encouraged (New Party members) to join in his task forces on voter education and voter registration."

• A former top member of the New Party recounted in a WND e-mail interview Obama's participation with his organization.   

  "A subcommittee met with (Obama) to interview him to see if his stand on the living wage and similar reforms was the same as ours," recalled Marxist activist Carl Davidson.  

  "We determined that our views on these overlapped, and we could endorse his campaign in the Democratic Party," Davidson said.  
• Davidson was a Chicago member and activist within the New Party. He told WND he handled some of the New Party member databases and attended most of the party's meetings.
• Davidson is also a notorious far-left activist and former radical national leader in the anti-Vietnam movement. He served as national secretary for the infamous Students for a Democratic Society anti-war group, from which the Weatherman domestic terrorist organization later splintered.
• Davidson remembers Obama attending one New Party meeting to thank attendees for voting for him.
• Davidson said that to his knowledge Obama was not a member of the New Party "in any practical way" – using qualifying language.
• Becoming a New Party member required some effort on behalf of the politician.
• Candidates must be approved by the party's political committee and, once approved, must sign a contract mandating they will have a "visible and active relationship" with the party.
• Asked whether Obama signed the New Party contract, Davidson replied there was "no need for him to do so."
• "At the end of our session with him, we simply affirmed there was no need to do so, because on all the key points, the stand of his campaign and the New Party reform planks were practically the same," Davidson told WND.
• The socialist-oriented goals of the New Party were enumerated on its old website.
• Among the New Party's stated objectives were "full employment, a shorter work week and a guaranteed minimum income for all adults; a universal 'social wage' to include such basic benefits as health care, child care, vacation time and lifelong access to education and training; a systematic phase-in of comparable worth and like programs to ensure gender equity."
• The New Party stated it also sought "the democratization of our banking and financial system – including popular election of those charged with public stewardship of our banking system, worker-owner control over their pension assets [and] community-controlled alternative financial institutions."
• Many of the New Party's founding members were Democratic Socialists of America leaders and members of Committees of Correspondence, a breakaway of the Communist Party USA.
• The New Party, established in 1992, took advantage of what was known as electoral "fusion," which enabled candidates to run on two tickets simultaneously, attracting voters from both parties.
• But the New Party went defunct in 1998, one year after fusion was halted by the Supreme Court.
• According to DSA documents, the New Party worked with ACORN to promote its candidates.
• ACORN, convicted in massive, nationwide voter-fraud cases, has been a point of controversy for Obama over the presidential candidate's ties to the group.
• In 1995, the DSA's New Ground newsletter stated, "In Chicago, the New Party's biggest asset and biggest liability is ACORN.
• "Like most organizations, ACORN is a mixed bag," the newsletter said.
• "On one hand, in Chicago, ACORN is a group that attempts to organize some of the most depressed communities in the city. Chicago organizers for ACORN and organizers for SEIU Local 880 have been given modest monthly recruitment quotas for new New Party members.

• Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano says investigators did not have enough information to keep a terror suspect from boarding a flight bound for Detroit and that the system worked as it should have.
• The father of the man accused of attempting to blow up the jetliner told U.S. officials in Nigeria he was concerned about his son's extreme religious views.
• However, Napolitano says there was no specific information to place Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab on a no-fly list.
• Napolitano says that within 60 to 90 minutes of the incident all 120 flights that were in the air at time were contacted to make sure the attempted bombing did not extend beyond the flight to Detroit.

  Just making a ticket purchase for cash, having no luggage to check, and being a young male from a Muslim nation should get your sorry behind pulled out of line with more than a few additional questions being asked! Searching every grandma might be PC but the Israelis do a far better job by using a little common sense as to who should get an extra rectal exam.

    I am becoming so aggravated with the Obama administration's insistence on denying the facts, refusal to admit responsibility and heaven forbid acknowledge am actual failure, I am at the point of exploding.
  
  The system did not work Ms. Napolitano; it adhered to your stinking politically correct dictates and failed to either "profile" a probable terror threat or at a minimum, because of the information available, subject him to greater screening and scrutiny.
  
  The jokes in the immediate aftermath of this averted disaster, thanks to real people, not rules and regulations were predictable. Did the passengers read the suspect his Miranda rights before they subdued him, will the passengers be "court martialed" because they subjected the suspect to harsh measures?
  
  The real joke however, is you, Ms. Napolitano, the president, his cabinet, and the whole of the uber liberal lot now leading Congress. We are laughing at you, not with you, in between fearing for our very lives as a result of gross negligence, incompetence and incredible stupidity

  Now, we have liberal Democrat Napolitano bragging about how her security system leaped to bag that Nigerian islamic terrorist and take him out of the dangerous hands of the regular folks who had him, but lacked a hank of rope or a nice hook in the roof of the plane to hang him.
  
  Homeland Security will delay and ravage the innocent American traveler the day after the islamic nut-job tried to take out a plane load of air travelers, but Homeland Security will never profile any travelers in fear of pissing off the moslems, who, once again, seem to be the only group of potential travelers who have this fascination with sneaking explosives and box cutters abord American airliners.
  
  The only solution to this problem is one that requires American government bureaucrats to travel in the same style, and through the same invasion of privacy as other American citzens so that they can experience the great thrill of Homeland Security in action.

  Was Department of Homeland Security counting on an ordinary citizen to take the terrorist-wannabe down? No mention of an air marshall traveling with the "suspect." Supposedly, they knew the terrorist was dangerous but they didn't have enough proof to arrest him before hand.

• First, terrorism expert Roger Cressey [who usually plays it straight], claimed there wasn't enough information to "connect the dots" and move young Umar from the "watch list" to the "no-fly" list. 
• Really? The guy's father, a respected international banker, was so concerned about his son's extremist Islamist views that he took the unusual measure of personally contacting the US embassy with a warning. 
• Dots?  How about a huge, flashing, neon exclamation point!?
• Next, John Harwood backhands GOP criticism of the Obama admin's national security policy as "partisan." 
• ROGER CRESSEY: It's important to understand that there are multiple lists.  The lowest level list, with over a half-a-million names, you can get on that list by one person saying "I believe you Peter have terrorist ties or extremist views." That's what happened with Abdul Mutallab in this case.  His father went to the embassy.  To get to the more sensitive and significant list, there has to be more information, there has to be corrobating information.  So it looks like right now, the intelligence community didn't have those additional pieces of information. We talk often about how there's a need to connect the dots.  Right now it appears there weren't enough dots to connect.

• Understandbly, the White House is trying very hard to get out in front of the would-be Christmas bomber story.
• The head of the Department of Homeland Security isn't helping.
• I watched her on three shows and each time she was more annoying, maddening and absurd than the pevious appearance.
• It is her basic position that the "system worked" because the bureaucrats responded properly after the attack.
• That the attack was "foiled" by a bad detonator and some civilian passengers is proof, she claims, that her agency is doing everything right.
• That is just about the dumbest thing she could say, on the merits and politically.
• I would wager that not one percent of Americans think the system is "working" when terrorists successfully get bombs onto planes (and succeed in activating them).
• Probably even fewer think it's fair that they have to take off their shoes, endure delays and madness while a known Islamic radical — turned in by his own father — can waltz onto a plane (and into the country).
• DHS had no role whatsoever in assuring that this bomb didn't go off.
• By her logic if the bomb had gone off, the system would have "worked" since it has done everything right.
• Napolitano has a habit of arguing that DHS is a first responder outfit. Its mission is to deal with "man-caused-disasters" afer they occur.

• But   at a “Global   Progress Conference” in October, President Barack Obama’s   pollster, Joel Benenson, acknowledged that socialized medicine in the   U.S. faces a serious obstacle.
• He said that while Europeans are receptive   to the expansion of government in their lives, in America there is an   anti-government culture which prevents people from “expecting the   State to solve their problems.”
• “This   explains why Obama will find it difficult to implement the social coverage   plans such as a broader health service,” Benenson   reportedly said.
• The   conference was held in Madrid, Spain under the patronage of Spain’s   socialist Prime Minister José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero,
• whose   pro-homosexual and pro-abortion policies have led to street   protests by thousands of supporters of traditional values.
• Zapatero   is also under fire for a jobless rate of nearly 18 percent.

• President Obama yesterday pulled his head out of the sand long enough to promise a thorough review of US se curity practices after the near-suicide bombing of a commercial airliner over Detroit on Christmas Day.
• Then he stuck it right back in.
• Obama, in a brief address from Hawaii, did manage to utter the "T" word: "A full investigation has been launched into this attempted act of terrorism." But he refused to define the nature of the threat.

• Nor did he fire Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano -- a pity, because if any government official ever earned the boot, it's her.

• Sunday, she claimed "the system" she allegedly oversees "worked" on Christmas Day -- even though Nigerian jihadist Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab brought a bomb aboard Northwest Airlines Flight 253 and almost detonated it.
• The claim was nonsensical, as she finally noted yesterday -- "the system didn't work" -- but not before destroying the credibility she needs to hold the job.
• Yet Obama is short on credibility, too.
• Why can't he bring himself to describe the threat for what it is: an Islamist holy war against America?

  Really? Is that all?
• The bomber's own father warned US officials in October that his son had fallen in with Islamic radicals.
• Abdulmutallab himself reportedly told federal officials he trained with al Qaeda in Yemen -- and, for what it's worth, al Qaeda in Yemen confirms that.
• And ABC News reported yesterday that two of Abdulmutallab's Yemeni trainers had been released from Guantanamo Bay to the Saudis in 2007 -- and then set free after (no joke) "art therapy rehabilitation."
• Meanwhile, Brian Jenkins of the Rand Corporation reports 12 incidents of Islamist terror either in the United States or involving Americans abroad in 2009, the most in any year since 9/11. (These include the Fort Hood massacre.)

• See the trend line?

  Obama refuses to.
• "Those who would attack our country" is how he described the jihadis -- a formulation he used four times in his brief address.

• But if the president refuses to define the enemy, how can he expect America to defend against that enemy?

  No wonder Napolitano is so confused.
• No reasonable person believes that terror screening can ever be foolproof. But Americans need full confidence that their government is addressing the problem as vigorously as possible.

• This would require Obama to order two basic changes in anti-terror policy:

  * Captured terrorists need to be treated as such -- and not as common criminals. Abdulmutallab needs to disappear down a black hole somewhere, and stay there until the war on terror is over. No criminal trials for terrorists.

  * Homeland Security needs to quit pretending little old ladies from the heartland pose a security threat and institute an intelligent traveler-profiling policy that targets Middle Eastern males.
• Certainly, Abdulmutallab's attack was instructive: Who knew it was so easy to waltz through security with high explosives stuffed down one's pants?
• But while odds are that some equally imaginative jihadist will someday succeed, a comprehensive, focused anti-terror policy will make that much less likely.

  All organizational systems and strategies require competent, committed executive management that is capable of leading, not just relying on an adopted plan. The people at HSA and TSA have had neither in this administration. If you have a security or intelligence organization operating with a two year old fixed blueprint that is fighting a dynamic foe, then you’re not doing your job. The buck stops on the President’s desk, nor the former occupant.

• Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack has ordered his staff to revise a computerized forecasting model that showed that climate legislation supported by President Obama would make planting trees more lucrative than producing food.

• The latest Agriculture Department economic-impact study of the climate bill, which passed the House this summer, found that the legislation would profit farmers in the long term.
• But those profits would come mostly from higher crop prices as a result of the legislation's incentives to plant more forests and thus reduce the amount of land devoted to food-producing agriculture.

• the legislation would give landowners incentives to convert up to 59 million acres of farmland into forests over the next 40 years.
• The reason: Trees clean the air of heat-trapping gases better than farming does.
• Mr. Vilsack, in a little-noticed statement issued with the report earlier this month, said the department's forecasts "have caused considerable concern" among farmers and ranchers.
• "If landowners plant trees to the extent the model suggests, this would be disruptive to agriculture in some regions of the country," he said.
• He said the Forest and Agricultural Sector Optimization Model (FASOM), created by researchers at Texas A&M University, does not take into account other provisions in the House-passed bill, which would boost farmers' income while they continue to produce food. Those omissions, he said, cause the model to overestimate the potential for increased forest planting.
• Mr. Vilsack said he has directed his chief economist to work with the EPA to "undertake a review of the assumptions in the FASOM model, to update the model and to develop options on how best to avoid unintended consequences for agriculture that might result from climate change legislation."
• The legislation would give free emissions credits, known as offsets, to farmers and landowners who plant forests and adopt low-carbon farm and ranching practices.
• Farmers and ranchers could sell the credits to help major emitters of greenhouse gases comply with the legislation.
• That revenue would help the farmers deal with an expected rise in fuel and fertilizer costs.

• "EPA looks forward to working with USDA and the designer of this particular computer model to continue improving the analytical tools that all of [us] use to predict the ways that different climate policies would affect agriculture."

• When health insurance companies  deny care or raise premiums, co-pays and deductibles they are simply trying  to make a profit. That is our system.
• "Clearly, the insurance companies are the problem,  not the solution. They are driving up the cost of health care.

• The result is that since 1970, the number  of physicians has increased by less than 200%, while the number of administrators  has increased by 3,000%.

• Additionally, Obamacare will require Americans who shun  Western medicine in favor of alternative medicines - not covered by insurance  - to buy expensive, corporate, health insurance from the very corporations  the health conscious have long avoided, with threats of huge fines and  prison time.
• In other words, Obamacare will not cover  the purchase  of vitamins, minerals, homeopathy, acupuncture, naturopathic, or chiropractic  care, but will force health enlightened citizens to buy into the cut, burn,  and poison rackets of corporate drugs and bloody surgeries.
• Mr. President, would it not have been better to have  concentrated your health care legislation on real care, by curbing the  abuses and malpractices of the medical/pharmaceutical combine, that kills  so many of us?
• From the jury box to the ballot box to our cartridge  boxes, "our" government is stealing our justice, our democracy,  and our freedoms, while ruining our health and standard of living in the  process.

• As I have shared before,   this President has not only shredded our national security but mocked   our international reputation.
• It   is most evident his love and adoration for communist dictators by his   on the record love and support of Hugo Chavez, support of the ousted   Honduran tyrant and support of Ahmadinejad going nuclear. There are   three strikes there alone before we move onward.
• Then   there is the submitting and bowing to the Saudi King, nearly a billion   given to Hamas and fool hardiness of closing GITMO. I think we are at   6 strikes now.
• I   wish there were only two strikes against national security with this   President.
• Now, the latest that just came out was that our authorities,   TSA, CIA and other people in control new about the dangers of Abdulmatallab   and their response wasn’t to keep him from getting on the plane   but to talk to him as soon as he had landed.
• Did they think body parts   and wreckage could talk?
• Apparently they did, because but for the grace   of God that plane with all the bodies on board would have been fertilizer   to many fields on the way to Detroit.
• At this rate I would feel safer   with an Alzheimer’s ward running our national security.
• I   fear with all the hoopla and Obama’s concern about these “two”   strikes playing against his political power and legacy that stupid decisions   regarding airline security are being made which will (as usual) betray   and violate the freedoms of the American people.

• Just yesterday on my radio show I had a Muslim caller from Dallas who   was angry with me saying that I was preaching hate against Islam.
• She   passionately talked about Islam not being the only religion that produces   killers. “Christians murder and Jews murder….look at the   US and Christians killing in Iraq and Afghanistan.”
• She actually   believed that Jews and Christians were organized killing machines, not   Islam.
• This   is precisely the brazen, arrogant, lying and delusional attitude that   reflects much of our Government right now.
• How else would Islamic radicals   be walking on planes with bombs strapped to them?
• How else would we   get another stupid speech from our President “don’t rush   to judgment” when Islamic radical, Nidal Malik Hasan also a known   radical, tracked by the FBI murdered 14 victims at Ft. Hood.
• It   is this delusional view of blame against Americans, Christians and Jews   that inspired endless apologies to the world for America and apologies   to Muslim nations for our behavior.
• Is that the behavior where we try   and hide from the Muslim bombers and Jihadists?
• Now   they are talking, with all the media heat on and with Obama worrying   about his dying legacy, about the pervert scanners that will take   X-rays of our naked bodies. They are also saying we will have a   bunch more sky marshals sitting on planes.

• I think the possibility of a military coup de tat in the United States is the highest it has ever been in our history.
• We are simply at a point in our history where the US military may very well decide to take over running the country.
• The reasons for that are legion.
• The reason they will do this is not to save the American Republic, which died in October of 2008 with the first Wall Street and bank bailout votes.
• No it will be at a more basic level: to save the territorial integrity and lives of Americans.
• The US military may very well decide that they need to assume direct control in order to prevent a combination of economic collapse, social collapse and military collapse.
• We should begin at the beginning as they say.
• If the military thinks they can do a better job than the civilian leadership they will stage a coup ; if not, the military will avoid a coup.
• The reason for any potential US military coup is simple.
• An analysis of the current situation in the USA provides a clearer explanation for any potential military coup.
• The first rule of military coups is they rarely, if ever, happen unless the civilians have mucked things up so badly the military is required to intervene.
• Historically, military people want to have as little to do with politics as they can, at least in the Western nations.
• As long as the system runs along smoothly, the politicians aren't complete idiots and the people are relatively content, the military is more than happy to stay in their barracks.
• It is only when things head south the military gets involved.
• I think the model for what is happening in the USA; what has been happening since Obama was anointed is Chile.
• In 1973 Chile elected a Marxist egghead named Allende, who promptly began to impose a Marxist dictatorship on Chile. The military moved against him and imposed a military dictatorship under Pinochet.
• Both the reasons and the methods used in Chile directly apply to the USA, although hopefully any US military coup will avoid the death squads common in Chile.
• Two decades later, the military gave up power.
• The US military has severe strains on its resources, abilities and people.
• The USA is functionally bankrupt at all levels, Federal, state, city and county, individuals and corporations.
• The US military is now subjected to brazen attacks at its bases inside the United States.
• The political leadership class is incompetent, arrogant, out of touch and increasingly drunk on personal ambition and power.
• The banksters, Wall Street whores and corporate criminals are beyond restraint now, feeding at the Federal Reserve and US Treasury with no concern for the exploding anger and chaos around them.
• The media is full of lying shills.
• As the USA burns, the political, cultural, media, educational and religious leadership either ignores the problems, denies the problems or uses the problems to enrich themselves at taxpayer expense.
• The non military leadership classes in the USA are beyond reform. As such, they will simply be replaced during any military coup de tat.
• The civilian leadership classes are simply not relevant to any future events in the USA over the next decade. The military knows this. The people know this. The leadership classes are so out of touch they do not.
• The military leadership of the USA at the highest levels is globalist to the core;
• however, the lower and middle levels are not.
• It will a Colonel's coup and not come from the Joint Chief level.
• The Joint Chief's have all been CFR members for a long time now.
• The Generals have already sold out the nation to the globalists for at least the last two decades.
• The highest levels of the military are no longer interested in national identity, or nationalism at all. They are out of touch with the increasing frustrated and angry troops under their command.
• It was the FreiKorps, a group of frustrated World War One veterans, which formed the striking core for radical change in Germany when the Weimar Republic imploded.
• Janet of Fatherland Security thinks so based upon her recent comments.
• The Freikorps can be either left or right as cultural conditions permit.
• My view is the American Freikorps will be populist and Constitution loving. They will avoid racial stupidity and thus be successful.
• The armed militia is a large segment of the Freikorps.
• Their function is to protect the society and by doing that to protect themselves.
• The function of our Imperial US military is no longer to protect the American Republic.
• If the current corrupt American civilian leadership classes think the Imperial US military is going to fall on the sword to protect the status quo for them, they are even more delusional than I think they are.
• The military takes care of its own; the military protects its own and the military loves its own.
• These Clinton retreads running around our Marxist Dictator Obama have no idea how much the US military despises them; nor do they have any idea of how little is preventing a military coup de tat.
• The first condition for a military coup de tat has already been met; namely, the incompetence and corruption of the ruling civilian elite.
• The US military now realizes its own people are dying because of the insolence and incompetence of the Obama administration.
• The only issue is whether, or how much longer, they will tolerate it.
• On a broad range of issues the Obama administration is seriously disconnected, from the general populace of the United States, as well as the US military.
• The US military is appalled at the level of stupidity regarding nuclear weapon drawdowns, force deployments, the war in both Iraq and Afghanistan; open attacks by militant Islam inside the USA, being allowed by the Obama administration.
• The US military is coming to two conclusions about the Obama administration: one, they are incompetent and two, that incompetence is getting Americans killed.
• It got American soldiers gunned down at Fort Hood and it nearly got 300 Americans killed over Detroit's airport.
• The military will not give Obama a third chance. Three strikes and you are out.
• I could add that Janet Janet's incredibly moronic statement about the "system working" didn't go over in either the Intelligence or Military spheres. You can be a bastard, but you better be a competent one.
• We have a situation where the civilian leadership is discredited, incompetent and allowing Americans to be killed with impunity inside the USA by terrorists. Such is the current state of America.
• At all levels of our culture, our economy, our daily lives we are besieged and overwhelmed by the stupidity of political correctness.
• PC will either be the death of us, or the causative agent for a military coup de tat.
• The military will likely wait for the November elections in the hope the worthless Republicans can reverse the worst of our Marxist in Chief's agenda.
• We are not quite there yet. The military has not given up hope.
• The pieces have not quite come together yet for a military coup.
• We need to have the final political despair. Personally, I don't think it matters whether we even have elections this November. The trends are clear enough for me to see anyway.
• The system manages to issue enough debt to maintain the social order long enough for the November elections.
• Here is the most likely scenario.
• The USA lurches and stumbles through 2010 with increasing economic and social distress.
• The Republicans stomp the Democrats. Early in 2011 the Republicans attempt to reverse our Marxist in chief's agenda, with varying results.
• Or the Republicans betray the voters and make few changes.
• The only certain result is a bitterly divided country: 25% of Obama's true believers versus 25% armed militia, with the rest caught in the middle.
• The military is also caught in the middle as the rhetoric intensifies with charges of racism and anti semitism and the like.
• In 2011 the Taleban kick the USA out of Afghanistan. In the USA itself militant Islam openly attacks with impunity due to the political correct dogmas of Obama and his ilk.
• We lurch through 2011 in a state of profound crisis at all levels of our society.
• The Southern Poverty Law Center issues hysterical press releases about Nazis everywhere. Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton start howling about racism. Everybody is screaming at each other about everything.
• As the USA heads into 2012 the nation is fundamentally flawed at all levels.
• Social anarchy is everywhere as rioting urbanites protest service cuts.
• The US military watches helplessly as it is defeated overseas, forced to flee with its tail between its legs back to the USA where Obamabots openly attack it for racism, incompetence and blame the defeats on them.
• Government, when it functions at all, is at a bare minimum.
• The military watches helplessly as the domestic social order frays under the economic and racial tensions of 2012.

• Within 90 days of the military coup de tat life has returned to normal. or what passes for normal in the USA.
• The American people neither notice or care as long as American Idol keeps running.
• The borders have been sealed, illegal immigrants and Muslims among others have either left the country or been kicked out.
• The Federal Reserve has been abolished as the military begins the process or reindustrializing the USA.
• The elite will have either fled, been imprisoned or executed by the military government in an effort to maintain its popularity.
• Like I said, large sections of the American populace will support the coup wholeheartedly. The ones who don't will either flee, be arrested or keep very quiet.
• However, the military coup will remain in power because it will have the support of the armed militias and the troops.
• The 1.25 million weapons being sold per month since Obama took power will be held by people sympathetic to the goals of a military coup.

• One must read this one closely but when it dawns on you that the 10 Governors to be appointed by the President will perhaps soon correspond to the 10 FEMA REGIONS and effectively will be under the Secretary of Defense and hence the President in a system of Regional Military Governors over all States, not just the States they might be from, you might just experience a chill up your spine.

  Yup – It is Obama’s intention to make “our” military, “his” military. If martial law comes about, Obama should be wary of a military coup – fascism isn’t very popular amongst the military community and they would lock Field Marshall Obama and his posse up post haste. The Constitution assures that our military is never used against it’s own people, until now ?

  Most of the guys I talked to (inc. Marines, A/F) are not “re-upping” and are hip to NWO operations and the tyranny behind it. In fact, my future son in law loved the Joker Tee I got him for Xmas. They came to the realization that there is no mission out there.

  MOST of our military men and women don’t even KNOW THE US CONSTITUTION so they wouldn’t know a violation if one bit them in the arse.

• I totally respect our military men and women but my former brother in law was a tank driver and he wasn’t the sharpest knife in the drawer. He said that the military was polled and asked if they would bring arms against the American people if ordered to and a vast majority said YES.

  Hey Truth and Love. What was it that you did not like about the 8 years of when Bush & Cheney were holding office ? The reason I ask this of you is because I have sen many card-carrying democrats over those 8 years and were very specific in their debates of all the corruption. Yet, it now seems that all those people carrying signs in protest of Bush/Cheney have left those signs layin in the streets to kiss the feet of what basically amounts to the same agenda. Are you people that selfish? That you can let ‘wars’ continue because you think something is in it for you; that all your personal needs will be met?

   

  That is the reason you voted for Obama right?…that he was gonna change foreign policy / bring about jobs / deal with Gitmo, Iraq, Iran. Israel, Afghanistan, Pakistan…all in a more ‘truthful and loving’ way right ?

• Among the beliefs Sunstein would ban is advocating that the theory of global warming is a deliberate fraud.
• Sunstein also recommended the government send agents to infiltrate "extremists who supply conspiracy theories" to disrupt the efforts of the "extremists" to propagate their theories.
• In a 2008 Harvard law paper, "Conspiracy Theories," Sunstein and co-author Adrian Vermeule, a Harvard law professor, ask, "What can government do about conspiracy theories?"
• "We can readily imagine a series of possible responses. (1) Government might ban conspiracy theorizing. (2) Government might impose some kind of tax, financial or otherwise, on those who disseminate such theories."

• In the 30-page paper – obtained and reviewed by WND – Sunstein argues the best government response to "conspiracy theories" is "cognitive infiltration of extremist groups."

• Continued Sunstein:
• Sunstein said government agents "might enter chat rooms, online social networks, or even real-space groups and attempt to undermine percolating conspiracy theories by raising doubts about their factual premises, causal logic or implications for political action."
• Sunstein defined a conspiracy theory as "an effort to explain some event or practice by reference to the machinations of powerful people, who have also managed to conceal their role."
• Some "conspiracy theories" recommended for ban by Sunstein include:

• Sunstein's paper advocating against the belief that global warming is a deliberate fraud was written before November's climate scandal in which e-mails hacked from the Climatic Research Unit at East Anglia University in the U.K. indicate top climate researchers conspired to rig data and keep researchers with dissenting views from publishing in leading scientific journals.
• Sunstein: Ban 'right wing' rumors
• Sunstein's paper is not the first time he has advocated banning the free flow of information.

• WND reported that in a recently released book, "On Rumors," Sunstein argued websites should be obliged to remove "false rumors" while libel laws should be altered to make it easier to sue for spreading such "rumors."
• In the 2009 book, Sunstein cited as a primary example of "absurd" and "hateful" remarks, reports by "right-wing websites" alleging an association between President Obama and Weatherman terrorist William Ayers.
• He also singled out radio talker Sean Hannity for "attacking" Obama regarding the president's "alleged associations."
• Ayers became a name in the 2008 presidential campaign when it was disclosed he worked closely with Obama for years. Obama also was said to have launched his political career at a 1995 fundraiser in Ayers' apartment.
• 'New Deal Fairness Doctrine'
• WND also previously reported Sunstein drew up a "First Amendment New Deal" – a new "Fairness Doctrine" that would include the establishment of a panel of "nonpartisan experts" to ensure "diversity of view" on the airwaves.
• Sunstein compared the need for the government to regulate broadcasting to the moral obligation the U.S. had to impose new rules that outlawed segregation.
• Sunstein's radical proposal, set forth in his 1993 book "The Partial Constitution," received no news media attention and scant scrutiny until the WND report.
• In the book, Sunstein outwardly favors and promotes the "Fairness Doctrine," the abolished FCC policy that required holders of broadcast licenses to present controversial issues of public importance in a manner the government deemed "equitable and balanced."
• Sunstein introduces what he terms his "First Amendment New Deal" to regulate broadcasting in the U.S.
• His proposal, which focuses largely on television, includes a government requirement that "purely commercial stations provide financial subsidies to public television or to commercial stations that agree to provide less profitable but high-quality programming."
• Sunstein wrote it is "worthwhile to consider more dramatic approaches as well."
• He proposes "compulsory public-affairs programming, right of reply, content review by nonpartisan experts or guidelines to encourage attention to public issues and diversity of view."
• The Obama czar argues his regulation proposals for broadcasting are actually presented within the spirit of the Constitution.
• "It seems quite possible that a law that contained regulatory remedies would promote rather than undermine the 'freedom of speech,'" he writes.
• Writes Sunstein: "The idea that government should be neutral among all forms of speech seems right in the abstract, but as frequently applied it is no more plausible than the idea that it should be neutral between the associational interests of blacks and those of whites under conditions of segregation."
• Sunstein contends the landmark case that brought about the Fairness Doctrine, Red Lion Broadcasting Co. v. Federal Communications Commission, "stresses not the autonomy of broadcasters (made possible only by current ownership rights), but instead the need to promote democratic self-government by ensuring that people are presented with a broad range of views about public issues."
• He continues: "In a market system, this goal may be compromised. It is hardly clear that 'the freedom of speech' is promoted by a regime in which people are permitted to speak only if other people are willing to pay enough to allow them to be heard."

• In his book, Sunstein slams the U.S. courts' unwillingness to "require something like a Fairness Doctrine" to be a result of "the judiciary's lack of democratic pedigree, lack of fact-finding powers and limited remedial authority."   

  He clarifies he is not arguing the government should be free to regulate broadcasting however it chooses.   

  "Regulation designed to eliminate a particular viewpoint would of course be out of bounds. All viewpoint discrimination would be banned," Sunstein writes.   
• But, he says, "at the very least, regulative 'fairness doctrines' would raise no real doubts" constitutionally.
