    This includes music, movies, games, software programs, or any other copyrighted works.

      • Content- This source contained all the information I was looking for about how  to abide digital law. It's content states what is and what is not legal according to digital law.




        Credibility- A reference guide is listed at the bottom, containing links to various websites where the author gathered the information.




        Critical thinking- Two out of the three reference links provided worked. Dates are given for the information.




        copyright- The website is copyrighted 1999. Found on the main webpage after clicking on their logo.




        citation- All work was cited with the list of references at the bottom of the page.




        continuity- The page I visited was last updated 26JUN2012. The site is free and I can rely on it for specific information. I have visited this site in the past and have had a good experience with it then as well. 




        censorship- The entire page was clean and professional.




        connectivity- The website is accessible through various search engines and works for different browsers. The only time I had a problem was when it timed out on me once. I refreshed the page and it worked again just fine.




        comparability- The site is comparable to other sites that I have visited on the same subject. They listed some main bullet points that the other websites offered.




        context- The information on the site was forward and in organized bullets, which made it easy for me to gather my information.

      • Content- The site helps back up my statement that pirating is against digital law. It goes more in depth, also relaying the consequences to the audience.

        Credibility- There is a link to to a resource they used to gather information at the beginning paragraph. Also, they have a link to contact them at the bottom of the page.

        censorship- Being an educational website, the site was free of profanity. everything was clear and concise.

        comparability- The site relates to other websites that I went over to find details about copyright infringement. But this site, in particular, goes more in depth with the legal issues. 

        context- I was able to find the information I needed within the very first paragraph.

        critical thinking- The site looked professional upon first impression. As I scrolled through and found cited sources, I gathered that the site is credible.

        context- I was able to find a variety of information from the first few paragraphs.

  • Stealing someone’s identity is called identity theft and is breaking digital law

      • Content- There is an abundance of info on the site.

        Credibility- The resources used are embedded in the article as hyperlinks to corresponding pages where the information has been pulled.

        critical thinking- I checked the hyperlinks to make sure that they worked and went to credible sites.

        copyright- N/A I could not find the copyright on the site.

        citation- No quotes were used in the article, but resources were made available to the viewer.

        continuity- The article was written on 31MAY2013. And some comments were written in response to the article in June 2013.

        censorship- All professional material.

        connectivity- The site is easily available through any search engine and loaded in fine with my browser. 

        comparability- The website has material relevant to other websites I researched.

        context- I was able to pull one main point from the article, although the entire article had excellent material.
