Although this book is a paediatric book the same principles can be applied. There are a few pages missing but there is more than enough information to cover any potential exam question.

Sooby Says: A simple structured approach to CXR interpretation with some common diagnoses and their CXR features. Find a system that works for you and practice at any available opportunity. Keep it simple and structured.
