Instructions for determining and reporting reading accuracy, error ratio, self-correction ration, reading rate, reading rate percentile, & phrasing and expression.
You can use this chart to determine the reading rate percentile (10th to 90th) of students in 1st-8th grades.
A chart I created that lists the five (+1) pillars of reading instruction. I also listed subcategories for each pillar.
The sixth pillar is reading engagement.
