Richard Blanchette, PAHCOM Founder, Executive Director Blanchette has over forty years experience in the health care field. He completed a 30-year career in the U. S. Navy Medical Department as a Lieutenant-Commander, Medical Service Corps Officer.He then moved into medical administration and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and later obtained a Masters Degree in Organization Development from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. Upon retirement from the Navy in 1988, Richard founded the Professional Association of Health Care Office Management (PAHCOM) which has earned a sterling reputation throughout the country. PAHCOM evolved from Richard's Masters Thesis that was entitled "Administrative Management of Small Group Physician Practices."

Jessee, MD, FACMPE, MGMA president and CEO.Before joining MGMA in 1999, Dr. Jessee served for three years as Vice President for Quality and Managed Care Standards at the American Medical Association (AMA), where he led the AMA's activities in clinical guidelines, quality improvement, and accreditation. He also holds academic appointments as clinical professor of Preventive Medicine and Biometrics at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, and as adjunct professor of Health Policy and Administration at the University of North Carolina School of Public Health, Chapel Hill.
