    • Thieves Oil Recipe All-Purpose Spray - This all-purpose spray solution cleans and disinfects around the home, purifying the air and eliminating odors. Add 1 drop of thieves oil for each ounce of water in a spray bottle. Add the thieves oil first, then add water. It mixes better that way. Shake vigorously before each use.
    • Use in the air or on countertops, doorknobs, toys, phones, litter boxes, pet beds, and other places that need disinfecting.

    • The Best Natural Oils for Sunscreen

If you’re looking to wear plan oil as your sunscreen of choice, I have some options below, in order of their sun protection value (raspberry, despite having lower SPF than carrot seed comes first because it takes care of UVA & UVB rays). •
      • Non-GMO Soybean Oil – SPF 10

        • 1/2 cup of 100% pure aloe (preferably organic) – it should be globby, like it came fresh out of the plant.
        •
        • 20 drops carrot seed oil OR raspberry seed oil – (raspberry seed oil has a higher SPF if that is what you are looking for)
        •
        • 5 tbsp coconut oil – in its thick form (leave on counter to get warm so you can easily stir in) ALTERNATIVE – Wheat Germ oil – gluten free or use gluten free coconut oil
        •
        • 3 capsules of Vitamin E oil (break open the capsules) or hemp seed oil (2 tbsp)
        •
        • 5 drops of Lavender oil
    • Aloe Vera Gel aloe vera gel reflects as much as 20 percent of the sun’s harmful UV rays. It is also an amazing medicinal herb.  We slather aloe on us daily regardless of going out in the sun.  It’s protective, moisturizing, alkaline and your liver loves to absorb it!

    • If your sinus infection is moderate with some discomfort apply Lavender, Melaleuca, Rosemary & a quality carrier oil topically to the sinus area, even putting it into the nostrils. For a real punch, put these oils into a Neti pot with warm water & a pinch of sea salt, a rinse your sinuses several times a day. Again, frequency is important.

      • How to Relieve Sinus Pressure

        You will need:

        • Young Living Thieves Essential Oil Blend
        •
        • Young Living Lavender Essential Oil
        •

        Instructions:

        1. Blow your nose
        2.
        3. Put a drop of Thieves and a drop of Lavender on one end of the Qtip.
        4.
        5. Swab the inside of one nostril.
        6.
        7. Repeat with other end of the Qtip and other nostril. The first time you do this, it will burn like the dickens. You will feel like you are dying. But it stops relatively quickly, I promise.
