Will this create a problem for users? It will be inconvenient, but not a problem I think.
It seems like everybody decided to not give Apple 30%. This is what I call bad business for Apple. They should charge, but 30% is way to high.

I don't know if Apple will. If Apple does win in the end, this will be a constant stream of revenue. HTC sells lots and lots of android phones. Although that could be one of the part of the agreement
what did they do wrong? too slow! It's they're fault.
Android is keeping and catching up because it is open source, so changes to OS happen faster, and adoption is cheap for hardware manufactures.
What could they do. It's a chicken and egg situation now with developers and the tablet...
They were in a privilege position, they had a lot of adopters and a pretty solid fan club. I think maybe they were too scared to change.
