      • normaly when a company sells a product on their website, it has to be at a higher price than in places like amazon and such. otherwise nobody would go to amazon. 
        But apple is doing the opposite - not allowing cheaper prices on app store. From a user prespective you know you get the best deal, but its bad for publisher.

        Also, Apple is the only company that gives the user the ability to opt in or out of private info being passed on.

    Apple is reportedly informing third-party resellers that boxed versions of MobileMe are now discontinued.

      • Mobile me is out of date as a service. Most of the things it offers are easily gotten free. 
        but apple is the only company that could cover everything from music, to mail, desktop syncing, video, photos taken on phone and added from other mac, etc
