Which for many means: just get a new Mac.
I wonder if the yearly release of Mac OS is partially fuelled by the desire to have people upgrade hardware more often as the new OSs require higher requirements, even when not substantiated. (Siri)
Sometimes I use maps on Mac, but in a more complex way...Maybe you'll be able to create a trip with stops and what not and iCloud will put it on your iPhone.
Just confirms for me the whole stupidity of stocks. Just because of what a guy in a suit said, who by the way is almost always wrong...
I dont buy stocks as the thing is way to unreliable, but it's quite obvious that Apple's stock is undervalued and as soon as the date for the financial report for christmas approaches, the stock will go up quite a bit.
It may be that the guy knows about something on the TV front that we dont know. Maybe he has convinced Apple to sell a special Start wars iPad version.
Industry
The RISK processors have been a lot more valuable than intel thought. I think they just assumed that battery tech would catch up and the advantage of RISC processors would go away as intel chips would get better at power consumption while maintaining the edge on speed. The opposite happened.
It was a risky call. a wrong one.
The NVidia stuff was horrible and a classic case of monopolistic arrogance.
The guy did some good stuff, he brought Apple along for the ride.
I predict that when they finally realise that this is too much of a compromise to maintain form amongst all products and split the two interfaces (touch and mouse), hopefully by Windows 9, things should be fine.
But if they take too long, we might have another RIM on the way.
Who to blame?
From what I can remember, this is the only band I've ever researched that was not there. iTunes is now complete! :)
I bet these guys just made a few millions in a few hours.

This is what I mean about the play store. It's full of this stuff, full of it. And even many of the apps that are genuine and you get all excited about, sometimes install but then only open to tell you they wont work on your system.
A glass of ice water in Hell or just some more fake/malware? Judging by the ratings and screenshots, we’d say the latter. [via Reddit.]
Apple will launch a television set in time for the holiday 2013 shopping season. He expects the product to be priced between $1,500 and $2,000, with screen sizes between 42 and 55 inches.
- March 2013: iPad Mini with Retina display, update the little Apple TV box, allowing to do accept apps from developers, and some sort of iTunes radio product.
- June 2013: WWDC brings us previews of iOS 7, and OSX, as well as MacBook Airs with Retina displays. Look for Jony Ive's influence over iOS to start showing up here.
- September 2013: iPhone 5S, a "modest upgrade" from the iPhone 5. The iPad Mini gets a specs bump, and we get a new iPad, which is totally redesigned to look more like the iPhone 5 and iPad Mini.
- November 2013: An Apple TV comes out. It should cost $1,500-$2,000 and come in sizes from 42-inches to 55-inches
1200 pixels or more. So, it's gonna be a pretty iTunes, that's all I gather from this. But all the blogs are using this as evidence that iTunes will be out within the next few days.
Good alibi in court. "You killed him!" "not according to iCloud, I was 20 miles away reading emails"
