Cool entry with Siri - got a bit emotional about its love for developers.

    Numbers

    AppStore
400m accounts, biggest db of credit cards ever
650000 apps (225000 for iPad, which is about 1/3)
30b apps downloaded (£3.2b paid to developers)
soon to be in 155 countries

proud to see developers creating great stuff with Apple's hardware (hinting that macs will go nowhere)
Video (Apple knows how to citrate these) - apps help blind people, young students, Uni students, accommodation business, kids with learning difficulties

Apple really pushes for good, well developed apps.

    Macs

images of current lineup did not include 17"

    MacBookAir

    Ivy Bridge
    60% faster graphics
no quad core here, but up to 2Ghz i7
up to 512Gb (2x faster than previous)
    up to 8Gb
    faster RAM
    USB 3.0
    720p FaceTime camera

    Cheaper?

    MacBook Pro

    Ivy Bridge
    60% faster graphics
quad core here up to 2.7Ghz i7
    USB 3.0
    720p FaceTime camera
    same battery life

    Retina Display - 15.4" - 2800 x 1800, 4x times more pixel than current MBP, 220ppi
highest res of any computer ever
deeper blacks, rich colour, reduced glare by 70%
Mountain Lion takes advantage of it, also Aperture, FCP10 (1080 on working window), Photoshop, AutoCad, Diablo 3, also iMovie
This is gonna be Crazy for Games
Inside everything changes, Apple buys no off the shelf parts.
"bottom of Apple laptop prettier than top of any other computer"
    quadcore CPUs
    up to 16Gb
    Kepler Nvidia graphics
    up to 768GB
up to 7 hours of battery
HDMI, SD card, 2xUSB 3, 2xTB, smaller magconnector
TB to ethernet, TB to FW
    still 802.11n
    Dual Mic
Even the fans are thought through.
This is like the Ultimate machine! (no way of messing with it yourself)
When Cook said at AllthingsD that they just want to do the best and not sell the most, he was not kidding, this is why I love Apple!

Discuss price and base model, I would imagine everybody that buys this will upgrade the memory and that's where Apple will make its money! Discuss delivery!
