If Apple accepts it, iPhone 5 is a possibility. I would guesss, Apple will look at it and then find another way of doing the same thing, avoiding licenses.

Finally Apple creates an SDK for books and mags. This is much more than school textbooks, this is going to change a lot of things including the way we consume magazines, the way publishers, especially individuals make their products known and the way they make money.

not sure about this thing. There needs to be engagement on a personal level a feel, face to face. I get nervous every time Apple tries to do anything remotely social.
Apple knows that if they can get the brand into people on the early stages of their life, they are much more likely to stay around. And really, they just wanna sell hardware and make money

Legal Fights
Again, Apple is fighting Android, not really motorola, especially as these patents are all software. I think sooner or later Google is going to suffer a big blow. It is coming, just watch.
But it sound like microsoft's strategy of doing the deals under the table, before they go to court as been more successful. Of course, Apple doesn't want money, but Android dead, but Microsoft is helping in a way.
Gossip Land
