Wisely they now have an account system, so you will see the same hubs on the iPad and iPhone.
It's getting better and better over time. Why aren't people like Engadget going after them? After all, all the ad revenue is going away! A lot of these guys have started to insert adds the the feeds themselves
I would never buy a show on iTunes anyway
They must then have some sort of agreement with TV makers. Not very hard make one since they're all afraid of the Apple TV.
Competition aside, the Apple TV's potential is there. Where are the apps? Maybe they gave up on it, concentrating now on the new product
trials will also be available!
I sometimes wonder why Apple does not permit these. I suppose it makes the user experience simpler. You either have it, or you don't. And to be honest, it's not really hurting them, I buy more apps than ever. But on higher priced stuff it would be nice.
Legal Fights
The whole story here is that by using the agency model, Apple and the publishers are working to keep prices of ebooks as high or higher than paper books. When really, the price should be much lower.
And in fact, ever since the release of iBooks, the prices of ebooks has risen something like 50%
It is pointed out that Apple actually has a pretty good change that the appeal will go through.
Are they just being stubborn, or do they think they can fight the patent itself by arguing it is basic or has prior art.
Either way, little things like this are what made the iOS special, Apple should charge for them
Question is: should we as users be concerned?

Apple would never do this. It's building from scratch to fit the specific purpose or it's nothing.
I think there's no pain in keeping the Pro there. It's making them money, and it seems to fill that niche market pretty well.
