more about function than specs - good review
"The rotatable camera supports scientific inquiry activities along with giving students flexibility in how they capture im- ages and video. A student can rotate the camera away to re- cord a science experiment or capture video of other students doing a skit or presenting a report. A student can rotate the camera up to closely examine a leaf. The integrated micro- phone also rotates with the camera to better capture sound.
The optional snap-on lens attaches to the rotatable camera to provide 30x magnification—enough to clearly see the color of a fruit fly’s eye or the crystal structure on raw sugar."

We purchased 900 and felt they were sturdier than our previous Samsung, Acer, and Dell Chromebooks. We worked with Tim Anderson (tanderson@ctlcorp.com). They have been enrolled and deployed. We have found the 4GB of RAM (standard) and 4 cores ran faster overall with multiple tabs and processes going. The processor is a newer Intel Chip than the Dells we purchased earlier in the year.
In addition, the customer service is EXCELLENT. I have called both for tech support and sales. I speak to a live person each time. Their return process is easy - fill out an online form, get return ship label via email, replacement in the mail with a box, ship back.
The only downside is there seems to be a lack of accessories like snap on cases. Though, the computer's case is so rugged, don't think we will have many issues.
