12:00 - "there are bunch of things we used to be able to prevent, that we are now going to have to get good at reacting to." This is where you get the idea of "freedom." This will teach us to deal with harshness of operating in a world where people have true freedom. The technology will create an easier way for groups to operate but not necessarily make them do "good."

5:00 - "we are moving from a world of one to many." This is the key concept behind a world in which we make sense of the world versus the world makes sense. So we move from One Right view to many different views that has usefulness based on user context. The web facilitates the ability to point out identify relationships that exists on the machine but the meaning of those relationships reside within the users.
