Take students through the lab, map and case study portion of the earthquakes and volcanoes site. Move through the LAB portion to answer the important questions about these natural disasters. Examine on the map where in North America they have taken place. Look back in time at the impact. This is very interactive with good information. Kids will learn a lot and enjoy it!

There are nice interactive animations that help students learn about types of rocks, how rocks change, the rock cycle, and then students can test their skills.
This is a great interactive site where students get instant feedback as they learn about Pangaea, Plates, and the results of their movement. There are activities along the way that test students knowledge and a test at the end.

You can use this to teach your students about choosing good resources online.
This cutaway view of Earth shows where some common rock-forming processes occur. Embedded animations will illustrate the path of a rock moving through the rock cycle.
