No matter where you go or what you do in your career, you may be called upon to instruct a lesson regarding your trade, specialty or even something you are not completely familiar with. During your lesson you may be faced with a difficult participant. In this stage we will discuss the different types of difficult participants that you may come across. We will give you some definitions of all of these types and then you will be broken into groups to tell us how you would deal with them.
