Add Sticky NoteIn the latest round of incompetence in the marking of this summer's school tests, the examination board Edexcel has been accused of losing 79 pieces of GCSE examination work. The blunder will add to ministers' problems over the chaos surrounding the marking of schools tests for 11 and 14-year-olds.
