I keep having these vivid images in my head of Kurt getting hurt with other people present, but unable to do anything. For example, on the way to regionals, ND stops at a gas station convenience store for a snack/bathroom break and the store gets held up. For whatever reason (they think he's pretty/they don't like his attitude/they don't like homosexuals/etc.) the person(s) committing the crime take a "special interest" in Kurt. Something like that.

As his body was used brutally over and over again Kurt closed his tear filled blue eyes and thought of his friends and family. He wasn't sure if he'd ever see them again.

Dave leaned until he was covering Hummel with his body and whispered in his ear, "You're the one that's wrong. What's the matter? I thought you'd love having a real man touch you. Don't worry, it gets better." He stepped back and moved his hand from Hummel's head to his back while he grabbed the vibrator from his backpack.

Rachel had said before to the other glee girls that she could never forgive herself if she did nothing and something happened to Kurt. Kurt had waited for Karofsky to leave campus before he sneaked in to see Rachel and thought the coast was clear. He didn't realize Azimio saw him and texted Karfosky telling him Kurt was on campus. Karfosky returns immediately and traps the two in the auditorium forcing Rachel to watch helplessly as he beats and molests Kurt in front of her.

One of the mechanics at Burt's shop has been molesting Kurt ever since he came out. Now that this guy has met Finn, he starts going after him too. This guy has Kurt's mind so twisted around that he views this latest turn of events as another person in his life preferring Finn to him. Burt finds out that it's happening to Finn somehow(Finn can't hide it as well as Kurt?) and it slowly comes out that it's been happening to Kurt as well.

After the events of "Home," Burt is happy, Carole is happy, Finn is happy, Kurt is ... not. But he recognizes that that is mostly his fault. He realizes his Dad deserves to be happy, so he accepts things as they are, but that doesn't mean he can just stop feeling the way he does.
So, Kurt goes to the only drug dealer in town, Sandy Ryerson. He asks Sandy for something that will make all the pain go away. Sandy sees how vulnerable Kurt is and can't resist the opportunity to take advantage. He convinces Kurt to confide in him under the premise that as a fellow "Friend of Dorothy," he may understand what Kurt is going through. Kurt would normally be very suspicious, but he's too ...everything to care, so he agrees.
During that time, Sandy drugs and rapes Kurt. Kurt is aware of the whole thing, he just can't fight back. It turns out, a few days later, Kurt realizes the experience has made him more numb than any drugs ever could, so he keeps going back to Sandy. -
