One of many mythological creatures, a gully bull is an old (Aussie ?) colloquialism for someone who is gullible (gully bull). Gully Bulls can be categorised with the plethora of monsters that lurk in the Australian bush. Yowies and Drop Bears, are native but Fooled Ewes and Gully Bulls are introduced species. Sheeple (people who follow like sheep) have 2 gender types: Gully Bulls and Fooled Ewes. Gully Bulls can be led by the horns and Fooled Ewes have the wool over their eyes. And to further confuse the myth offshoots have developed: a male gully terrier (pretend dog breed) is referred to as a gully bull. ;-) HTH Meryl |
