A group that is dedicated to the First Fleet. This url also contained links to other more informative pages. This is a rather reliable site as it is a group of people dedicated on getting the right information, but may also be slightly exagerated due to slight fanaticism

A go over on what the First Fleet did. Contained some interesting information such as:

A small page containing the map of the route that the First Fleet took on their journey. Really helped with visualizing the vast distance the ships had to traverse to settle, also the fact that all 11 ships made such a distance in poor weather conditions is AMAZING! This map is also interactive, giving the reader extended information on different stopping points throughout the journey.

Website containing brief overview of entire Voyage from Portsmouth in England to the landing at Botany Bay (Sydney). Also contains a list of other interesting sites which was helpful in the research. This site is also quite reliable as it is a website designed in giving information to children and to further their knowledge.
