    • An enzyme that builds telomeres

Carol Greider, then a graduate student, and her supervisor Blackburn started to investigate if the formation of telomere DNA could be due to an unknown enzyme. On Christmas Day, 1984, Greider discovered signs of enzymatic activity in a cell extract. Greider and Blackburn named the enzyme telomerase, purified it, and showed that it consists of RNA as well as protein (Fig 3). The RNA component turned out to contain the CCCCAA sequence. It serves as the template when the telomere is built, while the protein component is required for the construction work, i.e. the enzymatic activity. Telomerase extends telomere DNA, providing a platform that enables DNA polymerases to copy the entire length of the chromosome without missing the very end portion.

    • The Chemistry and Physics of Monoatomic Elements, describes the characteristics of those elements which have come to be known as the “Precious Metals”. These eight metals include: ruthenium, rhodium, palladium, and silver (known as the “light platinum group”), osmium, iridium, platinum, and gold (known as the “heavy platinum group”).

These eight Transition Group elements, can in a monoatomic, superdeformed, high spin, and low energy state, lose their chemical reactivity and metallic nature -- thereby resulting in a state of Superconductivity -- a resonant condition complete with Meissner magnetic field(s), Cooper Pairs, and electrons which have literally changed into light (i.e. photons).  These precious metals have the unique ability to remain stable in the monoatomic form, which can then lead to effects ranging from Levitation (weight losses) to Zero-Point Energy applications to fundamental biological and/or human physiological effects.

    • According to Hudson, the primary form in which gold occurs in sea water is in its monoatomic state.

    • Researchers measured serum vitamin D concentrations in 2160 women aged 18–79 years (mean age: 49.4) from a large population-based cohort of twins. This study divided the group into thirds based on vitamin D levels, and found that increased age was significantly associated with shorter LTL (r = -0.40, P < 0.0001). Higher serum vitamin D concentrations were significantly associated with longer LTL (r = 0.07, P = 0.0010),
    • The authors concluded that higher vitamin D levels, (easily modifiable through nutritional supplementation), were associated with longer LTL, which underscores the potentially beneficial effects of vitamin D on aging and age-related diseases

    • I have been taking 1 tsp Turmeric per day for my memory (as a preventative) and was nicely surprised that is has cured my candida. I no longer have a white coated tongue, which I have had for over 15 years. It is amazing.
I just use the spice Turmeric that you can get from the food store and mix it with water and drink it. It is a little bit powdery and tastes "ok" but I guess you could mix it with a juice if you didn't like the taste.
Let me know if it works for you.

The Nature Of Cancer -- By Ernst Krebs

    • We hear a great deal about its use in terminal cancer, but the time to start with vitamin B17 is now before the disease become clinical. The time to start is the same with any matter of adequate nutrition and that is right now. You may start now by commencing to eat the seeds of all common fruits that you eat. The apricot and peach seed contain almost 2 percent of vitamin B17 by weight. The apple seed, although very small, is equally rich in Vitamin B17. So are the seeds of prunes, plums, cherries, and nectarines. The only common fruit on the hemisphere that lacks nitrilosidic seeds, are the citrus fruits. This lack has come about by artificial cultivation by breeding and hybridization, since the seeds of citrus fruits on the African continent still contain Vitamin B17.
    • Cancer  And Oxygen

Cancer  cells cannot survive in the presence of high  levels of oxygen. To understand why some tissues in the body are deficient  in oxygen and therefore prone to cancer, it is helpful to understand the  nature of acidity and alkalinity in the body.  Cancerous tissues are acidic, whereas healthy tissues are alkaline. Water  (H2O) decomposes into H+ and OH-. When a solution contains more H+ than  OH- then it is said to be acidic. When it contains more OH- than H+ then  it is said to be alkaline.

When oxygen  enters an acid solution it can combine with H+ ions to form water. Oxygen  helps to neutralize the acid, while at the same time the acid prevents  oxygen from reaching the tissues that need it. Acidic  tissues are devoid of free oxygen.

An alkaline  solution is just the reverse. Two hydroxyl ions (OH-) can combine to produce  one water molecule and one oxygen atom. In other words, an alkaline solution  can provide oxygen to the tissues.

The pH  scale goes from 0 to 14, with 7 being neutral. Below 7 is acid and above  7 is alkaline. The blood, lymph and cerebral spinal fluid in the human  body are designed to be slightly alkaline at a pH of 7.4.

Body PH  is a very important topic and is discussed in detail here.

    • Enzymes  to Dissolve Cancers

Dissolving  cancerous tissue requires enzymes. Dietary supplements containing the  ten or more pancreatic enzymes are helpful, with the most important enzymes  being trypsin and chymotrypsin. These enzymes dissolve the protein coat  of the cancer cell making it vulnerable to the attack of white blood cells.  Diets which are high in protein and refined foods such as white  sugar and white flour deplete pancreatic enzymes, and thus help to  open the way for cancer because the pancreatic enzymes are not available  to dissolve the protein coat of cancer cells which may be present in the  body.

Pineapple  and papaya are good sources of enzymes. You have the papaya melons as  the source of the enzyme Papain and pineapple as a source of the enzyme  Bromelain. The demasking effect of these enzymes against the pericellular  layer of the malignant cell is something very concrete in the immunology  of cancer. Once the enzymes have dissolved the protein coating of the  cancer cells, the white blood cells are able to recognize them as foreign  cells.

Dietary  sources of all kinds of enzymes are useful. The consumption of at least  70% fresh foods vs. 30% cooked foods helps ensure a supply of enzymes  for the body (cooking at temperatures above 120º F destroys enzymes  in the food). Raw, fresh foods generally contain all  the enzymes required for their own digestion, easing the burden on  the digestive system.

    • Major-General Sir Robert McCarrison was the personal physician to British King George V. He was sent on a four year mission to the Gilgit Agency of Hunza in what is now eastern Pakistan - to learn the reasons for the legendary health and longevity of the Hunza people. Part of his efforts included feeding experiments of more than 1,200 rats:

"Rats that ate the diets of Pathans and Sikhs increased their body weight much faster and were much healthier than those ingesting the daily fares of neighboring peoples such as the Kanarese or the Bengalis. Even more extraordinary, when his rats were fed the same diet as that of the Hunzas, a diet limited to locally produced grain, vegetables, fruits, and unpasteurized goats milk and butter, the rodents appeared to McCarrison to be the healthiest ever raised in his laboratory. They grew rapidly, never seemed to be ill, mated with endless enthusiasm, and had healthy birth defect-free offspring.

"Autopsies showed nothing whatsoever wrong with their organs. Throughout their life times these rats were gentle and affectionate, and playful. Other rats contracted precisely the disease of the people whose diets they were fed, and even seemed to adopt certain of the human's nastier behavioral characteristics.

"Illnesses revealed at autopsy in rats fed the British diet filled a whole page for each rat. All parts of the rats' bodies - the skin, hair, blood, ovaries, and womb - and all their systems - respiratory, urinary, digestive, nervous, and cardiovascular - were afflicted. Many of the rats, snarling and vicious ("Bad Seeds"), had to be kept apart if they were not to tear each other to bits!!!"

We must point out that the highly mineralized Hunza have no jails or criminals or drug related problems of any kind. Disputes are usually over water rights or on rare occasion over a woman. Differences are settled quickly by the tribal elders and the worst punishment ever meted out is that of banishment from the Hunza Valley - what a difference minerals make!!!

    • he 14 Hunza Practices

      1) Basic diet is grains (whole grain and sprouted), vegetables (raw or steamed), fruits (fruits are dried and reconstituted in water or diced and served in gelatin (goat and mutton tendon and cartilage). Meat at 2 to 4 pounds per week (i.e. - mutton, goat, yak, beef, poultry, brain, kidney, liver, etc.) is eaten as available; dairy (i.e. - whole milk, soured milk, yogurt, cheese and butter) is a staple. Grape wine known as Pani is consumed daily.

      2) Their farm soils are maintained by organic agricultural practices, "That which is taken from the soil is returned to the soil." Composting, plant debris and animal manure is turned back into the soil.

      3) All Hunzas work seven days each week (work never killed anyone) - to them there is no sabbath! They work 12 hours each day.

      4) Fat sources include whole milk, butter, ghee, apricot oil and animal fats.

      5) Total absence of additives, preservatives or chemicals in their air, food and water.

      6) Daily consumption of salt by adding chunks of rock salts to their tea and in cooking vegetables and meat.

      7) No agricultural sprays or chemicals of any kind.

      8) All children are breast-fed for 2 (girls) to 4 (boys) years (no vaccinations or antibiotics; no birth defects and only two hermaphrodites or "mukhanas" recorded in the 2,300 year Hunza history).

      9) All grains. vegetables and fruits dried for storage have been exposed to the sun.

      10) Native herbs are used for medicine, seasoning and as food (salads).

      11) "Glacial milk" is the exclusive water source used for drinking and irrigation purposes (the fields are flooded, when the water soaks into the soil a thick layer of mineral silt or "rock flour" is left on top of the soil - this silt is plowed into the soil before it is planted).

      12) Apricot oil is used for cooking along with ghee (clarified butter) and animal fat (tallow).

    • Apricots Are Hunza Gold

Of all their organically-grown food, perhaps their favorite, and one of  their dietary mainstays, is the apricot. Apricot orchards are seen everywhere in  Hunza, and a family's economic stability is measured by the number of trees they  have under cultivation.

They eat their apricots fresh in season, and dry a great deal more in the  sun for eating throughout the long cold winter. They puree the dried apricots  and mix them with snow to make ice cream. Like their apricot jam, this ice cream  needs no sugar because the apricots are so sweet naturally. But that is only the  beginning. The Hunzas cut the pits from the fruits, crack them, and remove the  almond-like nuts. The women hand grind these kernels with stone mortars, then  squeeze the meal between a hand stone and a flat rock to express the oil. The  oil is used in cooking, for fuel,as a salad dressing on fresh garden greens, and  even as a facial lotion ( Renee Taylor says Hunza women have beautiful  complexions).
    • "These nitrilosides just might be to cancer what vitamin C is to scurvy,  what niacin is to pellagra, what vitamin B12 and folic acid are to pernicious  anemia," says Dr. Krebs (Cancer News Journal, May/August, 1970).

There are other common foods (all seeds) which provide a goodly supply of  this protective factor. Millet and buckwheat, both of which the Hunzakuts eat in  abundance, are two. Lentils, Mung beans and alfalfa, when sprouted, provide 50  times more nitriloside than does the mature plant, Dr. Krebs points out. And the  Hunzas, as you might expect, spout all of their seeds, as well as using them in  other ways. Since other essential protective elements are increased in the  sprouting of such seeds, young sprouts are excellent foods which give us more  life-giving values than most of us realize.

societies with diets rich in amygdalin, such as the Hunza and the Karakorum, are "cancer-free peoples

    • Supporters once called Laetrile "the perfect chemotherapeutic agent," as it was said to kill cancer cells while being non-toxic to normal cells. Promoters claim that societies with diets rich in amygdalin, such as the Hunza and the Karakorum, are "cancer-free peoples." Supporters also say that Laetrile can prevent cancer and can help patients stay in remission. It is also promoted to provide pain relief to people with cancer. Other reported uses for Laetrile have been in the prevention and treatment of high blood pressure and arthritis.
    • My   name is Jason Vale and I know the answer to cancer.  The   truth is quick and simple.  Cancer, just like scurvy,   rickets, pellagra, beriberi, pernicious anemia and some others   is the end result of a deficiency in a particular vitamin.    A Vitamin which should be in our RDA but for some reason is not   being considered a vitamin or necesessity at all!  The lack   of vitamin b-3 (niacin) brings pelagra, lack of Vitamin c brings scurvy,   lack of b12 anemia,b-1 Beriberi, lack of D rickets and the list   goes on.  In fact, to date there has never been a chronic   metabolic disease as are the above as well as cancer, that has   been cured by medicine allowed to be patented.  The first step in ridding your body   of cancer is to add the foods with vitamin B-17.   Apricots   seeds are have a high content.    (Other foods with b-17 or nitriloside)  I myself was diagnosed with terminal cancer   at 18 and used   conventional methods and then the seed therapy upon the cancer's   return at 26.  I was also in federal prison for five years   five years once I began telling my story with the B-17 and   making a business.    Click here for some of my story.
    • Peach pits and apricot pits are about the same. Yes there is cyanide in them but it is the type that will not hurt you. It is only poisonous to cancer cells. I had cancer myself (stage 3) four years ago. I had surgery because it was blocking my colon but it was in my lymphnodes also. I have been eating a lot of apricot seeds everyday for four years. I have no problems with side effects and the cancer is gone. If peach pit or apricot pits were poisonous to your body I would have been dead a long time ago. In fact, I believe, if I wasn't taking those seeds I would be dead. Those pits kept me alive. The FDA don't want you to know this though and may even delete this message. There are thousands of people that have been cured of cancer from laetrile treatment which is derived from apricot seeds.
    • It should be noted that world wide  patents were granted and USA patents were confiscated in the interest of national security

    • Glossary
Understanding a few simple definitions and acronyms that repeatedly crop up in this ebook will be helpful to you. Term acidosis alkalization Definition A condition characterized by excessive acid in the body fluids. Also see alkalization and pH Blood serum pH never changes – it is maintained by the body at around 7.37. It does this by by excreting with the urine either more acid or more alkali. However, body tissue pH will fluctuate constantly based on diet. Most cancer patients tested apparently will show a pH of 4 – 5 which is very acidic. This acidity of body tissue drives out oxygen. Low oxygen equals an environment ripe for cancer. As twotime Nobel Prize winner, Otto Warburg, pointed out, cancer thrives in an oxygen deficient environment. Alkaline tissue holds 20 times more oxygen than does acidic tissue and this oxygen rich environment is critical for maintaining health and eliminate anaerobic bacteria, viruses, fungi, etc. that are harmful. This is why wellness practitioners recommend eating green foods (these foods are rich with alkaline elements to keep the pH balanced) and avoid eating processed foods which contain numerous acid elements. Also see pH. The loss of hair, which may include all body hair as well as scalp hair. American Medical Association Does not require oxygen. (an-je-o-JEN-uh-sis). The growth of new blood vessels feeding the tumor. Cancer patients want to disrupt this process by whatever means possible. An agent that prevents the growth of new blood vessels to a tumor in an attempt to starve the tumor of necessary nutrients. Antioxidants are substances that may protect cells from the damage caused by unstable molecules known as free radicals. Free radical damage may lead to cancer. Antioxidants interact with and stabilize free radicals and may prevent some of the damage free radicals otherwise might cause. Examples of antioxidants include glutathione, lipoic acid, catalase, superoxide dismutase, melatonin, betacarotene, lycopene, and vitamins C, E, and A. Natural cell death. Cancer patients want apoptosis to happen to their cancer cells as soon as possible. (ke-KEK-se-uh). A wasting away of normal body tissue. Any malignant growth or tumour caused by abnormal and uncontrolled cell division; it may spread to other parts of the body through the lymphatic system or the blood stream.
