This is the second lesson plan I have looked up from intel and both lessons exceed most others in terms of student engagement and prepared materials for teachers.
When the project is completed it will serve as a summative assessment within the unit.
I really like this idea and may adopt it for every unit we have in the class. Student opinions matter and creating posters of their thoughts may help them have a feeling of belonging in the class.
Due to possible time constraints I may leave out the second part of the lab or separate the labs so that the class will only have one per week instead of back to back.

The article seemed very elitist compared to other articles on misconceptions that I have read. Not only talking about the naive beliefs of students but their inability to write which seemed to be very picky.
