Used 2 pounds of Syrah Garden Grown Wine Grapes and 1 pound of Red Grapes from the store.

Grape Jam Recipe. Used on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 to make my first batch of Wine Grape Jam.

Did not can the jam on my first jam making adventure and did not verify temperature reading or use a thermometer.
Notes and modifications to first batch of wine jam recipe.
Used piece to understand what went wrong with the second batch of jam and whether I wanted to redo or save the jam.
Used a variation of this recipe to make my second batch of wine jam. Added red table wine instead of shiraz and added basil. Decided to make jam instead of jelly since I still had wine grapes left.
Although I decided not to use this recipe. I wanted to keep it in my arsenal for later deployment. The recipe requires a lot of berries and since I still had a lot of grapes, I decided to pass on it.
