* Campur jadi satu tepung terigu, coklat bubuk dan vanilli, saring, sisihkan.
* Kocok telur dan gula hingga putih mengembang, masukkan campuran tepung ke dalam kocokan telur.

1. Kentang cuci bersih, panggang dalam oven hingga kulit mengering dan matang, angkat.

* masukkan dalam pirex berdiameter 24 cm yang sudah dioleskan minyak goreng kemudian panggang dalam oven dengan temperatur 180 derajat selama 20 menit
* kocok putih telur (bahan II) hingga putih mengembang dan sesekali masukkan gula dan garam, kocok terus hingga gula habis dan larut.
* angkat adonan I dari oven, kemudian siram dengan adonan putih telur, ratakan lalu taburkan kismis diatasnya
* panggang kembali hingga agak kecoklatan.
* Didihkan air, gula dan daun pandan hingga harum dan larut, angkat dan diamkan hingga hangat-hangat kuku. - Campur tepung ketan, tepung beras, garam dan vanili, aduk rata, kemudian tuangkan air gula, aduk hingga adonan lemas dan dapat dipulung, diamkan 15 menit
Isi :
* Rebus air, daun pandan, daun jeruk, garam dan kacang hijau hingga kacang hijau hancur dan lembut

* Campur campuran tepung dengan campuran susu, uleni hingga rata, beri marganine dan garam.
* Uleni kembali hingga adonan menjadi kalis dan tidak lengket, diamkan adonan selama 30 menit.
* Buang gasnya dengan cara ditekan-tekan.
* Ambil adonan seberat 30 gram, bentuk bulat dengan lubang di tengah atau bentuk lain, sesuai selera, diamkan kembali 15 menit.
