What is confidence? Confidence is belief your your ability to get, do or be what you want. It is feeling comfortable in your own skin. It is a feeling of certainty that you can get the job done.
Normally, you gain confidence as you do things. Think about something you feel confident about: you will notice that your confidence is supported by legs of experience. The thing you are confident about is like the seat of a chair, and each leg is an experience/memory you have of doing that thing well. The more legs you have, the more stable/confident you feel in that specific area when you “sit in the chair.”
