• The pathetically puny, unsustainable, dysfunctional cultivation limit of 3 (three) flowering plants is SO ABSURD that there is NO RECORD of ANYONE ever being Arrested and Prosecuted in Colorado for only cultivating 3 plants.

• The Boulder DA is NOT dismissing ALL pending possession cases under 1 ounce -- only those possession cases for citizens over 21 years old as arbitrarily defined by A64. 

   

   

   

  Those cases are Class 2 Petty Offenses, where the maximum penalty was a laughable $100 fine, and NO jail time.
