If you write creatively much, you've come across the thing known as writer's block. You may be sitting there looking at a blank document (I'm a blogger... I write using my computer, not paper), or you may get "blocked" in the middle of your writing. I, personally, actually experience the second more than the first.

How to write good content has to be the bravest article to write about. Credibility is at stake here but I hold no fear and wish to offer the finer tips about writing good content for the web.

’d now like to swing the blogging for beginners series onto the topic of writing content with a series of posts exploring different elements of quality content. By the way - Peter mentioned in the last post in this series that his part 2 piece on blog design would be posted today - unfortunately he’s been unwell and the post will be delayed.

In my new series of 5 ways, I bring to your 5 ways to write good content to increase traffic. Now I’m not Shakespeare so I’m not writing a play, I’m not Michael Crichton so I’m not going to write a novel and I’m not a Journalist so I’m not going to go into the war zone…I’m just a guy blogging.

Content is king to visitors and search engine spiders. That's why content should never be an afterthought - just something to fill in the white space between images and flashy multimedia presentations. Our tips for writing good content will help you create content that attracts visitors and turns them into customers.

Think of a few sites that you like to visit again and again. What makes you keep coming back? Most likely, it’s compelling, relevant, and timely content. Quality articles, tutorials, tips, etc. compel the reader to come back again, and again, and maybe even email some of their friends to come too.

Affiliate marketers have multiple techniques to make money with, but the one that will have the longest half-life is publishing good content. Pay per click ad arbitrage will eventually become too competitive, search engines will eventually wipe out spam or at least reduce its profitability to next to nothing, and email marketing will go even further in the same direction as the dinosaur.

More than any other time in recorded history, internet hyperlinks are at peak demand in the marketing world. I would have to write a book in order to detail every reason that writing good content articles with appropriate linking is so important.
