We are a community site with portfolio, inspiration, and news tools that brings together creative people from different disciplines (and parts) of the design and art world. The design:related community serves to motivate designers and creatives to share their work and visual ideas, network and collaborate with other creatives, and find job opportunities.
Design Envy is a daily blog featuring the best in design today as chosen by a new curator each week. AIGA, the professional association for design, selects the curators, who are encouraged to discover and share examples of design that’s so good, they wish they had done it themselves.
Ultimately, Design Envy aims to inspire and inform in equal measures—through strong use of imagery, compelling descriptions about why selections were made, and attributions given to the creative minds behind the work.
Baubauhaus is here to feed your daily need of design, illustration, photography, fashion and of all else art-related. Our goal is to visually inspire and entertain by promoting great content. It can be anything from your bookmark of images made by others (us), a trend, you - we call it Baubauhaus.
Founded in 2005 by an ever growing group of young designers and vagabonds eager to collect and share the best design work they came across, FormFiftyFive soon became an international showcase of creative work.
Although the site was doing a great job at sparking creativity, we felt it could, and should, be even bigger and better. So we spent many moons working on a brand new FormFiftyFive, still high in eye (and brain) candy, but with a brand new look and lots of new features that dig even deeper into what’s happening in the design community.
We’ve also added more interactive elements on the site so people can exchange and store ideas more easily, encouraging collaboration and making the site more than just another design blog.
So have a look round, if you see something you love or hate be sure to comment, and drop us a line if there’s a juicy bit of creative gold you’d like to see on here.
Our global creative network aims to inspire, promote, and empower creative professionals around the world.
Visualizing.org was created by GE and Seed Media Group to help make data visualization more accessible to the general public; to promote information literacy through the creation, sharing, and discussion of data visualizations; and to provide a unique resource to help simplify complex issues through design.
