free, has color matching so that you can take a picture of a color you are trying to match, and it will automatically generate suggestions of paint numbers (their brand) that most accurately match. Also has a “Preview Colors” feature with preloaded images of kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms etc which you can choose a style of (ie country, formal, etc) and then you can “paint” the room with colors of your choice, making it easier to visualize what you want.

if you take a picture of something it will create a palette of all the colors found in that picture-this is a really cool app that's great if you are trying to buy house accents based on the color of drapes, or of your couch etc. Good app.
