Ett nätverk för lärare, pedagoger, forskare med intresse av utvecklingen i skolan och som vill dela idéer, frågor och erfarenheter.
My source of inspiration for starting Dela! was a similar initiative in Norway, the Norwegian Ning community "Del og bruk" (Share and Use). Dela! is a sister network to "Del og bruk".
There are currently 66 groups in Dela!, discussion threads, RSS feeds and communication between members of the network, here is a few glimpses of the contents in Dela!
- Öppna lärresurser - is a group for discussing Open Educational Resources in a project between universities in Sweden. The group is part of a series of seminars.
- Länkskafferiet is a group created by Alma Taawo of the Swedish National Agency for Education and is a group for discussions about the service "Länkskafferiet" (the Swedish Link Library)
It is now mainly dialogues on the subject "internet based educational development", for example the group:
- Google Wave - "a group for anyone interested in using Google wave in education."
This is a part of an international phenomenon and there are many Ning-networks for education today, for example you might know Classroom 2.0.
Belonging to a network like Dela! is a possible input /gateway to creating a more personalized learning environment.
In such an environment you can for example
- participate in several networks
- communicate through blogs, Twitter, wikis, etc.
- follow developments in the field through various RSS readers.
- Ning is a great interface to build your own Personal Learning Network. I believe that building a Personal Learning Network is a key skill in teachers' future competence development.
